The manager allowed me to check in early and check out late and the hotel lobby, room and dinning room facilities were immaculately clean and well kept. The Breakfast buffet was of good value ($50K USD about 2dollars), healthy and tasty.

Avari Hotel ligger i Nha Trang, 6 minutters gang fra Nha Trang Beach. Her er concierge-tjeneste, en restaurant, en bar samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Der er desuden allergivenlige værelser. The breakfast was excellent, and the service staff there were very attentive. The front desk was excellent helped me book a bus and update my sim card. The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

Sea Soul Hotel ligger i Nha Trang, 7 minutters gang fra Nha Trang Beach, og har en terrasse, en restaurant og en bar samt gratis privat parkering. It's a new hotel located in a quiet area away from the main road. It is only about a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in the King Room with Sea View. The room was spacious, clean, had all the necessary amenities & was very comfortable. We were happy to see fresh flowers and a fruit plate awaiting our arrival. The King bed was very comfortable and plenty big enough for my wife and me. It was one of the widest beds we have slept on in Asia. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety of western and Asian dishes that changed daily and were restocked as they ran out. The breakfast staff were pleasant and greeted you with a smile. The staff was attentive, warm, very welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. During the booking process the staff was very prompt in replying to emails and answering our questions. During our stay we were greeted regularly by managers and staff asking how we were and if we were in need of anything. Quang at reception was very helpful in arranging a tour for us. “Kelly” Nguyen was extremely helpful. We had our domestic flight cancelled and Kelly was nice enough to call and help us communicate with Vietnam Airlines so that we could reschedule our flight. He followed up and was in constant communication with us to ensure that we were able to resolve the issue. Due to our schedule change we needed to stay an additional night and Kelly arranged it so that we could keep our room another night. He was genuinely concerned for our well being and was always offering his assistance. We would like to thank all the staff at Sea Soul for making our stay so wonderful. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. And a very special thank you to Kelly. Thank you for kindness and all that you did for us during our stay. We greatly appreciate it! We are grateful to have met you and hope to see you again on our next visit.
