Coffee /tea station fully equipped was available with fresh milk in fridge. Our hosts was fantastic and welcomed us. The cottage was beautiful and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to our business. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here. We hope to stay there again!

The chalet provides a pool with a view, hot tub and full-day security. Everything that you need for a perfect weekend getaway. The tent is more spacious than expected, with a well equipped kitchen and two sizeable rooms. The unit was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, towels and extra blankets provided. The wood fired hot tub was a fun experience! Located on the lovely Gowan Valley Guest Farm, a gorgeous property where you can enjoy spectacular river views and forest greenery (the short Forest Walk through the property should not be missed!).

The wellness centre provides spa treatments and guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool or make use of the tennis court. Other activities on the estate include stud tours, horse riding, trout fishing and lawn games such as swing ball and croquet. The beds were excellent and so were the pillows. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was brilliant. We also had dinner and that was lovely. Our main reason for staying over was to play golf and a halfway house on route to Umhlanga

The place was clean and spacious! The rusks were delicious and the view were beautiful! We truly had the best time, I wished we had booked for longer! 10/10 Recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Conveniently located on the Midlands Meander route, we easily accessed all the goodies available on the route, always returning to our comfortable rooms every afternoon. A terrace, an in-house bar and shared lounge are available. even in a room that was not the best in the hotel( I have already been at this hotel in a top suite), I found the room excelent and with all the practical things of a suite.

Wow the lodge's location is great! Beautiful scenery with a waterfall across. It was spectacular! Even though we spent one night, it is a beautiful place for relaxing & enjoy nature. The area is gorgeous. We will definitely come again.
