The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. Perfect breakaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai

Exceptionally friendly staff, from the desk clerk to the bar/resturant staff to room service. They even called the room shortly after check-in to ask if there was anything we needed! First time for us! Bed was very comfortable, room clean, modern with all the amenities. We ate dinner in the resturant, very good. Chef came out to ask how we liked it. Breakfast was full buffet, large variety, hot and cold. The whole experience was great value for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The new towels and bed linens were a great touch, adding to the overall comfort. The owners clearly pay attention to every detail, making sure that guests have a pleasant experience. I would like to give a special mention to the Reception team, Rizwan and Ashifa. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness truly made a difference. Overall, I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hotel. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and amazing service made it a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning!
