- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 26 reviewsMy wife and I recently spent a wonderful week at Cap Juluca. We have been to many places in the Caribbean, and I can honestly say that this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable places we have ever stayed. The beachfront accommodations are beautiful, up-to-date, with our rooms well-maintained by Ramona and her associates, and with additional special touches as expected at a luxury resort of this caliber. The beach itself is outstanding, with powdery white sand, sparkling clear water without seaweed or any trash, and with reserved loungers and umbrellas for guests so there is no rush to stake out a spot on the beach. The staff taking care of us on the beach were particularly friendly and fun, with cool drinks, sorbet, and cool towels routinely offered. Also noted and appreciated was the fact that the hotel does not allow visiting boats to anchor along the beach all along the shore by the accommodations, and enforces a strict policy that they cannot play music or make any loud noise when stopping in the harbor area, something that many resorts never consider or enforce. The restaurants are all top notch as well. Standouts for us were dinner at Cip’s with Raechel (?), and the multi room wide selection of fresh foods at the morning buffet. Never a bad meal all week with PImms, Uchu, and the Cap Shack all distinctly great, with relaxing ambiance and great service. The spa was also excellent. Treatments were exactly what we requested and provided by obviously professional well trained therapists. Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. We also used the fitness center which has up to date top of the line equipment well maintained. We also enjoyed having bikes available all around the property for everyone, making it fun and easy to get around. We would like to specifically mention our personal concierge Deandre. He was always available and helpful, with prompt responses and flexibility regarding any of our requests.Guest review byRichardUnited States
- From $123.86 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 306 reviewsThe pool and view are amazing. The orchard path (not suitable for those with bad mobility) was fun to explore and we got to eat some fresh fruit picked right from the tree. Breakfast was really excellent, served right by the pool with the wonderful view. The rooms were very nice with lots of space and the WiFi worked well. They were able to work with me and communicate even though I speak very little French.Guest review byPUnited States

Willemstad is very nice and colorful city.
Willemstad is very nice and colorful city. I loved floating market. Curious thing happened to me when I was parking a car I rented. I did not have coins and parking watches do not accept credit cards. An old man is siting on the parking and he is eating his sandwich. He calls me and gives me a coin to pay parking. I tried to give him dollars in notes, but he refused. He probably gave me his last coin. That is just to see how are the people of Curacao.Guest review byVladimirBosnia and Herzegovina - 8.0

Although there were a lot of restaurants nearby, because it was the Thursday after carnival, there was not much available. The central location of the hotel made it easy to go around. The residents were friendly and helped in translating and pointing the way to the places we wanted to go to. I would recommend that hotel to anyone wishing to visit Martinique. We watched the carnival from the window and enjoyed it as it was a bit different from our carnival. Nice clean fun.Guest review byMarySaint Lucia - 10.0

Christ Church is an absolutely stunning area filled with vibrant culture, beautiful beaches, and welcoming local charm. It offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, with lush scenery and a laid-back atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. One of the best aspects is its convenient location—just a short 5 to 10-minute drive by car to other bustling areas like Bridgetown, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some fantastic local spots to try include the famous Oistins Fish Market, renowned for its fresh seafood and lively atmosphere—located right in Christ Church—and St. Lawrence Gap, a lively stretch filled with great restaurants, bars, and entertainment options perfect for evenings out. Lisa's Doubles is a MUST! Whether you're craving fresh catch at Oistins or enjoying the vibrant nightlife in St. Lawrence Gap, this area offers an incredible array of local experiences that truly capture the spirit of Barbados. I can't recommend Christ Church enough for anyone wanting an authentic Caribbean experience with all the comforts nearby.Guest review byWalji - 8.0

The location and access to the beach and a variety of places to dine was great. Very friendly and helpful people who were very accommodating in spite of our lack of French. Favourite places to eat were l'Annexe and Ice'N Coffee. Also the Pizzeria and Glacier place near the Hangar had very friendly wait staff. The desserts here were the highlight. Try Kebb'ab by the casino. Quick, inexpensive and delicious. BBC recommended as a one of a kind gourmet snack.Guest review byAnonymousCanada - 10.0
Loved the hotel.
Loved the hotel. Room was a nice size and came with a kitchenette, beds comfy abd the shower was hot. Centrally located so you have access to everything you need, plenty of restaurants on and near the property. Pool and gym access. Scenic views of the bay. Do the city tour… so you can get a snapshot of the island… eat at the local eateries..,they’re the best. Revial has THE best breakfast, Buccaneers and Shoreline (hole in the wall but the most authentic food) the beaches are gorgeous enjoy as many as you can. You can also take a ferry to nearby Anguilla and St BartsGuest review byBrandy JenkinsUnited States - 10.0

Lots of beautiful beaches (though they name every sliver so before going it seems more overwhelming than it is.) Glad I rented a truck the first week & just explored. (I was there a total of 15 days - spent 7 with a dive group.) If you want to go further than just very close to your accommodation (other than downtown), you need to rent a truck. And, there is so much to see I recommend doing it at least for the first part of your trip. (Taxis cost about half a day rental. Be sure to get full coverage if you plan to explore because sticker type bushes WILL scrape & you will not even realize it is happening. Also, people tailgate BAD here.) I enjoyed diving, snorkeling, going to see the various sites on a drive to the wind sailing area (which I want to do next time.), watching wind sailers, going to the Donkey Sanctuary as well as the dog / cat rescue & driving up to Rencon & the lake where the flamingos are protected. Salt Pier is also very interesting. (I am not much of a history buff until I visit but I enjoyed learning history here.)Guest review byCynUnited States - 8.0

Saint Francois has hidden restaurant gems, including some that are not listed on any app but deserve to be recognized. Special mention to L'Autre Version, which has been totally renovated, is under new management, and has an amazing menu and wine list. On the negative side, Saint Francois needs to have its roads renovated and add more parking spots.Guest review byJean-PierreUnited States
