- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 3,362 reviewsLovely campsite, mobile home was great, lovely layout, good facilities - ours had a pool share which was brilliant for our daughter. We used onsite restaurant (trattoria feral) a few times, good selection of quality food. Water park was great, lots to do if you want bikes/beach etc. small bakery on site we used a couple of times for breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and certainly would return. Many other restaurants nearby and in Rovinj. Got water taxi into Rovinj harbour one evening. We’ve visited Istria a few times and this is the first time we’ve stayed on a site like this but it definitely had benefits especially for families. Mostly quiet at night as a lot of families on park, we really enjoyed our stay.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 697 reviewsCertainly one of the most wonderful hotels I've ever been! It's located close to the center of Izola - a car is not needed (nor recommended) to visit it. From the back entry, the Dolphin Beach is just a few steps away. It's a rocky shore, but there are several stairs into the water. The inside pool is filled with salty water, which is great. Italy is not far away, you can see Trieste across the sea. In the town, everbody seems to be able to speak Italian. The vew from the balcony is outstanding.Guest review bySven Boris SchreiberGermany

We stayed for eight night and it was right.
We stayed for eight night and it was right. Planning each excursion and tour and other sight. We felt it just right. And really love the city. The Gastronomy is a beaut and the Karlivacko Radler was our favourite even the cakes and we ate at Buffet Fife. Wonderful place and the Marina is just great to watch. We just managed to find the way round with the help of Split map as a guide. We enjoyed all day sailing to the Solta island and stayed at Stomorska for lunch and swimming. Also to Mostar in Bosnia.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

I had a great time in Dubrovnik, managed to do all the sights I wanted to see, cable car, Lockrum island. Day trip out to kravice waterfalls.Mostar and Pocitelj. Kayaking. The Old Town, walls and fortress, as well as some museums. I stayed outside of the Old Town and walked in all the time, so I can not comment on the bus service.Guest review bySandyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Zadar has so much to offer!
Zadar has so much to offer! The airport is just a stone’s throw away, and buses run very frequently, making it super easy to get around. The old town is charming and full of great restaurants where you can enjoy local flavors. Don’t miss the unique Sea Organ and Sun Salutation – they’re truly one-of-a-kind experiences. And of course, the sunsets here are breathtaking! Everything is within walking distance, so exploring is a breeze. The beaches are lovely, though it’s a good idea to bring water shoes for the pebbles – once you’re in, the water is warm and inviting. No worries about big sea creatures either! For a day trip, you can join a tour to the stunning Plitvice Lakes, Kornati Islands, or Krka Waterfalls. Sailing or renting a boat to explore the nearby islands is also an unforgettable experience.Guest review byrenataCroatia - 10.0

Budva, like the other cities in Montenegro, is a fantastic place, nice beaches, a very beautiful old town, has a lot of water activities and night life is brimming . It is indeed a destination worthy of travelling for both young and old. Just be ready with lots cash because most of the shops and restaurants there only accepts cash. There are ATMs everywhere but there are charges. Transportation wise, if you are just in Budva, everything is walking distance, going to the beach or the old town, there are just minutes away. But, if you want to visit other places, taking a bus is the most effective way, it's cheaper than taking a taxi where the driver will ask a ridiculous price. Just go to the bus station and buy the tickets there in cash, don't buy them online because once you arrive at the bus station, they will ask you to print it otherwise it's null and void, they have printing servie there but it's gonna be another pay (1 euro per print).Guest review byMurphy JohnUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Know where you are going and evaluate it accordingly!
Know where you are going and evaluate it accordingly! Durres is a city that is developing at a rapid pace, including the coast, the port and the city. The coastal promenade began to be transformed in 2022 and it turned out beautifully! It has one shortcoming, there is no garbage collector anywhere by the sidewalk, despite this, there is no garbage anywhere. Along the coast, you can still see the buildings left from the 19th century fishing village, some of them are still inhabited (!), in some places there is still a pile of garbage, beggars walk around in the evening, but the sea is fine, the transformation of the coast was very successful. Getting into the city from the hotel row by bus is inconvenient. It is nice to see how the city and the coast are completely transformed and modernized over the years. In 2025, three new hotels will be built on the hotel row, within a kilometer, and the handover is scheduled for 2026. Let's take a look! The food is pretty much the same everywhere, good, as are the prices, but the hospitality at the DELFINI restaurant is excellent! The people are nice and friendly. The traffic, oh my, you have to pay attention! The one whose car is ahead has priority. They honk, but despite that, they are patient and understanding with foreigners. In previous years, there was a concrete-lined beach area in front of some hotels, which was being cleaned up. Unfortunately, the concrete pieces can still be found underwater, which is very unpleasant to step on. Beachgoers throw the concrete pieces onto the beach, and the garbage truck takes them away the next morning. It would be nice to sift this out with a machine! In Italy, we saw a tractor that sifted and cleaned not only the beach sand, but also the sand in the shallow water. It should be done here, too!Guest review byJózsefHungary - 10.0

I liked the place we stayed in Kotor, the Old Town, walks along the waterfront, and the restaurants along the waterfront. We traveled in the city by car. There are traffic jams during the high season, but they are not annoying, and parking issues are easily solved.Guest review byДмитро64Ukraine - 10.0

Beautiful small town with a lot of historical landmarks.
Beautiful small town with a lot of historical landmarks. Also lots of shops and restaurants. Boat tours are offered, especially the tours to see the dolphins. I took my daughter to a few playgrounds. We drove from Zadar and took us about 6h, but a car is not needed in the old town. We stayed 2 nights and it was enoughGuest review byJuliana - 10.0

The old town with its Venetian buildings is a delight to explore and watching sunset from the quayside is a popular event for visitors. There are lots of restaurants cafes and bars to choose from and quality dictates price: we found expensive fish restaurants with high end cuisine and also simple pizza placesGuest review byCarolUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Trogir was a great base for us.
Trogir was a great base for us. We loved the old town and there are many excellent beaches on Ciovo. We could access Spilt very easily by boat and bus. Restaurants were excellent but quite expensive. There was a lot of anti-tourist graffiti on benches and doors which made us feel a bit uncomfotable.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom
