From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with big smiles, which immediately made us feel at home. Our family room was absolutely amazing—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. We were thrilled to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a real lifesaver, especially since we arrived late and found that all nearby restaurants were closed. The manager went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing us to order delicious food that made for a perfect late-night meal. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool, which was a great bonus as it was free for hotel guests. The breakfast each morning was perfect, offering a wide variety of options to start our day right. Oh My!!! What a Magical setting!!! Didn't really know where I had booked - was completely surprised when we got there. Beautiful location next to the lake; the room was just right; the view --- WOW -- not a lake view but a GREAT view none-the-less! Friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant. Walking trail around the lake and a cable-car to the top of the mountain right next door. The Mountainy Atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
