The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of charming tradition, warm hospitality, and modern comforts.

This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.

The place in the centre of very neat small city is great, parking is just in front of the hotel. Close - for walking distance is the wellness center (some discounts provided for the hotel guests). The hosts speak well English, are still available at the disposal, very very nice. Breakfast is tasty and variable. We had special bigger room for 4people, this is comfortable and spacious. Other rooms seem to be a smaller (we just spotted that, we’re not accommodated in those).

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was super for families with kids, there was a great playing area for kids. The staff was excellent, very kind, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. It is a 3 star hotel, but food was great and location for skiing also good.

I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

The room was simple perfect. The small details were really nice, like teracce, furniture, cleanliness. The toalet and the bathroom was fare above the everage. Everywhere 1st class quality. The bed was really excellent. The surraounding,like pool, yoga area, and sauna, nice, well equipt. AND: the coffee in the bar in the afternoon, the espresso was the best in Austria! This was on a level of a speciallity coffee. Congratulation! The dinner, was great, wery nice area, food were tasty, good wines, elegant event. perfect.
