The hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, coffee machine in the room, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. The room was not big, but it had everything we needed for three nights in Innsbruck. it was very close to the shopping street, Maria Thereza Strasse, the train station, the historic center, Golden Roof, Hapsburg palace and the funicular to Alpenzoo were around 15 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants near by and I highly recommend the Gusto Pizzeria just in front of the hotel. The pasta and pizza were superb. The front desk people were very nice, polite and willing to help in anything we needed. I really appreciated that. when we plan our next visit to Innsbruck, we’ll gladly come back to Nala Individualhotel.

The location of the property, the lovely staff. The beautifully decorated rooms. Bathroom is set up so that the shower, toilet, and sinks are separate, which is nice so that each can be accessed when the other is in use. Comfortable beds, welcoming to our four legged friends. Breakfast is delicious, with some items being able to be ordered fresh, like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The presence of the bar and restaurant is nice, even though we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the restaurant. Just really beautiful and nice in every way.

My stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel view was very amazing. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Some rooms have AC, which is very important for summer. I was traveling with my family, and connected rooms were not available. However, I got two rooms next to each other. One of the things that I liked most was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the reservation. The breakfast was very good. I did not try lunch, which was a small buffet (Sandwiches). However, the dinner is five stars, so you should not miss it. I would say the hotel is best suited for couples/adults as they have a spa. The city where the hotel is located, Bad Haring, is a small, nice town. There was a small town center nearby.

- The amazing breakfast was buffet, and you can eat a great variety of things. - It has two swimming pools, which are connected. One is inside and one is outside. - It has a bar where one can take a drink (but we didn´t use it). - The staff members at reception are very helpful and nice. - There is a bus running from in front of the hotel to Inssbruck, and it´s for free with a ticket they give you at reception. That bus also runs till the cable car that will take you up to the Patscherkofel mountain´s top.

I booked a room in a little hotel, which turned out to be a subsidiary of the Speckbacher Hof, and was located in 3km from there. This is perfectly fine when you're traveling with a car. The room was spacious and well-furnished. The heating worked perfectly fine. The breakfast was fabulous. Also, it turned out that the SPA zone is included for free. Amazing!

Great SPA hotel. Even the hotel was fully booked over the New Year, there were enough places at the SPA (sauna, pool, relaxing rooms). An underrated gem!

An underrated gem! Beautiful historic city surrounded by alps makes for wonderful views in all directions. Definitely take Nordkettebahn up mountain for overlook at sunset. And plenty of interesting places to visit in the altstadt including palace, Court Church, Dom St Jakob, tower, and Tyrolean museum. Just wander down streets, enjoy architecture and city vibe. Excellent Christmas markets too.

nice town. Ideal base for early season hike (start of May) in Wilder Kaiser region. Most other places in vicinity are closed as main hiking season hasn't started yet. The local kaiserlift (chair lift) was open so takes you to start of good hikes..

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far...

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!! It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!! I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. The breakfast was very good, especially the wide selection of breads.

It was wonderful stay. The small old town was beautiful just in the middle of the valley all around beautiful mountain. Our stay was located in the old part of the city. Like 5 minutes by car you have "new town" with shops and markets. Close range by walk or by car for beautiful hikes. This views, the panorama all around... I love this place and I would like to come here again for sure. When you wake up and go to the balcony you will see breathtaking panorama of the alpen. The stuff is really nice and helpful. Do not forgot to ask about guest card. You can apply it for example for renting tennis court for free and much more.

Great place for walks. Despite the warm winter we were lucky to get some fresh snow. And almost 10 days without rain was a relief coming from Belgium where it seems to have been raining for the last 7 months !

Despite not being in central Austria, there is much to see...

Despite not being in central Austria, there is much to see and do in and around Landeck. Castle, cable-car, waterfalls etc. Close to Alpine villages such as Lech and St Anton. Landeck also has an international railway station giving access to many routes.

Food was good at their restaurant and not expensive. All other hotels were closed and no too much to do in the town either. Pity , it is a small village. We were cheated because we have not received the room as shown on bookingcom Personal at reception desk were rude and unpolite. Did no show any curtesy any interest to improve their rude attitude.

Innsbruck is a hidden gem!

Innsbruck is a hidden gem! It was our favorite stop on our trip. The Christmas markets were fantastic and the Top of Innsbruck mountain experience was phenomenal. Unbelievable time there. We loved it. :) :)

We only spent the night there on our way from Rome to...

We only spent the night there on our way from Rome to Hamburg on the train and were very happy we chose to stay there instead of Innsbruck or Munich. Kufstein is a pretty town situated in a beautiful landskap. We had a late dinner at Tapas Atelier & Apothecary Bar and had delicious tapas.
