This was the best stay of our entire trip! 🌟 The cleanliness was outstanding — the room was spacious and absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed, thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable night. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, especially if you’re traveling to the sea in Croatia or Montenegro — easy access and super convenient. And the sweetest touch — our son found a toy waiting for him in the bed. That surprise made him so happy! 💙 It’s those little things that make a place truly special. We were pleased to have stayed at this property for many reasons - location is great, quiet, room spacious and comfortable. Easy access to tramline. We appreciated having a supermarket close by. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated via email and messages (via Booking.com) with various queries, and they were answered promptly and providing necessary information.

Great for a stay in the centre of Graz, made better by the exceptional staff throughout the hotel. Short walk from the hotel to the main shopping streets and to the vernacular up to the castle. We had a great room on the top floor in the older part of the hotel and loved the colourful art on the walls throughout the hotel.

Perfect stay. Clean and tidy room facilities. Professional and attentive staff. Located near tram stop with free travel to the city centre. The pool and spa was excellent too (open 24h, which is amazing), extra towels provided. I arrived by train and did not partake in breakfast, so I cannot comment on those.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz City Team. Best regards and keep up the good work.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The team was truly wonderful – kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were celebrating an important occasion, and they made it unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent – very complete, with lots of delicious and varied options. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and about a 7-minute drive from the main train station. We also loved the unique restaurant inside an actual airplane – such a fun and memorable experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful and special room! Wonderful bathtub by the windows and a very comfortable bed. I love the sinks in the bathroom and the interior all together is really worth a visit. Lovely staff and a delicious breakfast in beautiful surrounding as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitively like to come back one day!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. You can go everywhere by foot. Everything was as written in the description, just follow the instructions. Clean, comfort. Good breakfast. Stuff was very nice, patent, kind and polite. You can park in the nearby garage and pay at the reception, with big discount. We will come back, for sure!

All European towns have some similarities but each town has some own unique features and qualities to soke it properly we should do deep traveling in each town and capture the beauty and the people around But the most important problem is all museums and other places to see have a very high ticket value which may seem very costly for some tourists

An absolutely beautiful area near public transportation that can take you anywhere you want to go. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch and was so convenient. You must take the train into the main square in Graz and enjoy bratwurst at one of the local food stands and take the lift in Schlossberg Hill. Breathtaking views and there's a slide to take you back down to the bottom if you dare.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz. Only negative aspect was one impolite staff member. My question in English regarding hot water for oatmeal was met with scorn and I was directed to the container which stated 'tee'. She then mocked my query to her colleague. I don't speak German well but I understand it perfectly. Her comments were just rude. Perhaps label the container Hot Water? Pity this spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant overnight stay. I still gave 9/10.

Graz is a beautiful city with plenty to see in a relatively compact area. We were lucky and arrived during a festival weekend. Many locals were in national dress. The many squares in town had food stalls and every type of musical entertainment from oompah bands to acapella. Take the footpath, lift or funicular to the top of the hill with the clock tower to get great views across the city.

Graz is stunning.

Graz is stunning. We came here as a stop gap going on to Slovenia but it was outstanding. We loved all the shops and pretty restaurants. We found a square where there was live music and lots of locals having drinks from food and drink stands. Was such a lovely atmosphere. Full of history and plenty things to visit.
