Perfect place to visit Canberra. Tramstation is only a few Meters from the hotel and it's only 4 Stops from there to the City Centre. The staff was always very friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped. We did not miss a single thing. We would come back to stay here, no question.

Great room, great staff. I'll like the hotel. But unfortunately, without a car, it’s a bit a way from the center city. Also, construction work is currently underway and this makes it a little difficult, but of course I think in 3-4 months this will be a wonderful place.

People were friendly. Food at Kingston Foreshore was great - good range of options. Easy to drive around. Parking needs work. . Gold Creek struggled to have enough parking spaces - Unmarked spaces means people space out, leaving less room for other cars. Lots of tourist options for most age groups.

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other Canberra attractions. Lots of food places too. Spent most of my time at the National Gallery, which is about 1.5km away. We used Uber Eats for delivery & enjoyed dining on the balcony at the appartments on the Quay.

Appartment was stunning, got to meet the owners who where just lovely people ( yes it got that bad the owners had to turn up to help sort this issue out ), gorgeous views of that side of the city. Look the apprtment was lovely and location was perfect.........if not for madecomfy and their lack of care or attention to fixing a very major issue......id have enjoyed ny stay, but being forced to sleep in a car or spend another $700+ on one nights accom after already spending $2k is disgusting. Still no offer to return a nights value from the price of the appartment or have i recived a return on the money I PAID OUT FOR THE LOCKSMITH!!!! Am contacting victoria consumer affairs today, this company is very dodgy and needs investigation.

It's like any other newly built development area with many offices, but if you want modern facilities and several restaurants and shops, it might be practical to stay here. There seems to be convenient public transport to the tourist sites of Canberra.

I had an excellent stay at this townhouse.

I had an excellent stay at this townhouse. The place was very clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Everything was well maintained, and the host was helpful. However, I found the TV a bit difficult to use, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. It would also be nice if the host could provide some slippers for walking around the house. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this townhouse to others.

Location and facilities were excellent. Communication with the hosts was exceptional and prompt. They included a short YouTube clip on everything from walking to the lock box to collect the keys, getting into and parking in your reserved bay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well laid out. We had the convenience of being able to cook or visit local restaurants. Supermarkets were close by and the light rail a stone throw away. The apartment was quiet and peaceful.

Tuggeranong was close to the people I was visiting. We were out and about all 5 days and Tuggeranong was within 20 minutes drive from all the places we went to. Good cafes and restaurants close by. The view from our big balcony was very pleasing.

Lived in Canberra about 54 years. I now live down the Coast at Huskisson. Like to stay at Canberra Hyatt when I visit Canberra now as I spent a lot of time at the Hyatt when I was working at the National Library. Feels like my second home Has never changed. I love it.
