I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is very close to all the key attractions in Brussels, so you can walk around and see a lot. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room was excellent, and we especially liked the bathtub (it was very comfortable). The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a great time at this hotel.

The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

    The hotel was very centrally located and only within a few minutes walk from Brussels Central Station. When we arrived at the hotel, we thought the hotel was very cool right away. The decor and design overall was very unique and chic. The amenities offered were very thoughtful, such as water bottles by your bed side table, free coffee & tea, and a cute note on the bed with Belgian sweets the "cuberdons". The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion in the bathroom were a nice touch and of high quality. The bed was very comfy. Too bad, we only stayed one night. We wished we could stay longer due to our tight schedule! We will definitely be back to Craves Hotel in Brussels. : )

    Exceptional experience and everything is as described, even better I would say! The hotel was bright, very clean offering maximum comfort and satisfaction. The customer service was exceptionally good and the staff made us very welcomed. They manged to accommodate all our requests and even going the extra mile to make our stay memorable.     Beautiful town, at least at the center, with small city vibes, a beautiful urban decor, cobblestone streets, the most beautiful city square in the world (and I have visited, or lived, in many cities with or without central squares), including the Brussels Town Hall, and then some: the Manneken Pis (only in Belgium do you have a pissing boy turned into a bronze pissing statuette) and his sister, Jeanneke Pis (a more recent DEI addition). Lots of tourists in the street, but I love to find people from the US, Thailand, China, or Suburban Africa (I think I heard Ghanaians, and francophone Africans).

    Brussels is a city full of contrasts.

    Brussels is a city full of contrasts. Beautiful in places but extremely neglected in others. The museums and boulevards were amazing, the stations and parks in need of some attention. There was a great deal of construction and roadworks going on when I visited, which has to be done, I know, but made walking around difficult at times. A great deal to see and do, and I would definitely recommend it to travellers who like art, culture and all things European!

    Great Beer and Chocolate. Beer tasting and / or visiting some of the traditional local bars - highly reccomended. Hiring / using city bikes is a great way to get around - reccomended. We used VOI but plenty of others
