Staff was very friendly. They made you feel very welcome. Hotel was very clean and very modern decor, it was nice and very upscale. They also had quality Dove shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom and shower instead of those cheap little bars of soap wrapped in paper that get stuck all over your hands when you try to open them. we loved our experience there and will definitely stay again!

There is an exclusive quiet protected all indoor area on the top third floor. Rooms 25-31 have Queen to King size beds. They are all brand new Sealy Posterpedic Plush and unbelievably comfortable for a deep sleep. The New Owner gave me a warm welcome and the best room available. He has really cleaned, cleared and renovated more rooms than Ever before.

Everything was exceptional from the moment I checked in. Warm and welcoming staff who were able to answer and help me with any questions I had. My check-in was quick, and Ashok was so friendly. The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. As a single female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the area.

The concert at the TD Coliseum was excellent - the staff...

The concert at the TD Coliseum was excellent - the staff there were friendly. Hamilton isn't the prettiest of places as an ex-industrial city. However, there is an art museum and some pretty gardens nearby. I didn't really have time to explore the rest of the city as there seems to be other places to explore including a castle. There is an indoor market though, I think, one of the main malls seems to have shut down. Outside of the city, I'm told there are some excellent waterfalls.

We visited a Heritage Home and museum near the water which...

We visited a Heritage Home and museum near the water which was very interesting and well done. The downtown was buzzing with cafes and boutiques. We stopped to get two cupcakes that were on sale for 5 bucks and were absolutely delicious! There was a great little Italian boutique with very unique clothing and the prices were quite reasonable much to my amazement. I would definitely go back, really enjoyed it.

This is a convenient quite location with easy access to Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara Region at reasonable cost compared to to those locations. The Burlington waterfront is a pleasant walk and location for lunch. Other attractions are not of interest to me but access to other locations in the area.

Very friendly and affordable we got a great price with booking .com and when we come to Brantford to see family it's nice to get a few nights to relax and enjoy your facilities. Great place and wonderful staff in restaurant and cleaning staff too .thanks again

As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best...

As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best Western Milton and Booking.com, I made an error when booking a hotel room for my Dad, and he actually needed me to book at a different Best Western. I called the hotel and booking.com within 5 minutes of booking, before any card was even charged, and no one was able to give me grace and cancel my booking. I know there are policies in place, but when someone makes a mistake like this and tries to fixit right away, there should be a grace period, especially since my card had not even been charged yet. Best Western Milton had horrible customer service. They said if Booking.com would refund them, the would refund me. Booking.com said the same thing about Best Western. Therefore, I know it was possible to cancel my booking but no one did. After I wrote a bad review of Best Western they called me and told me they would look into it, and if they couldn’t refund me they would give me a credit. I deleted my review and then the ghosted me. They would no return my call or emails or even respond to me to give me the credit the promised (in writing). Bad experience. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Paris has lovely shops. Most shops open at 10 am or later. We stopped at the Paris Beer Company for a nice cold beer and fresh pretzel on their patio. The brewery is within walking distance from the Arlington Hotel, as is Still Waters Restaurant on Grand River St N where we enjoyed a lovely dinner and watched rafts go down the river. Grand River Street N was closed to vehicle traffic due to construction, however, all sidewalks and businesses were open.

The wi-fi worked - that is the only good thing I can say. Cleanliness was way below par - there was a clump of hair that was not mine visible when I pulled back the sheets. I would rather spend the night in my car than stay here again!

Hampton Inns & Suites is a nice place. Very clean overall.

Hampton Inns & Suites is a nice place. Very clean overall. John on the front desk is amazing. The rooms are large and overall breakfast is very good. They should use real plates and cutlery for the breakfast room, since all disposable and food goes in the same garbage and is not recycled.

Oakville is a charming suburb near the shore of Lake Ontario. It is peaceful and quite beautiful with all the trees and flowers. There are many trails to hike. The public transportation is extensive and easy to manage.

Pleasant experience, motel is located in quiet, excellent location, & there is a variety of restaurants within a short drive. Traffic can be a problem during rush hour due to excessive condo development in this urban area between Hamilton & Toronto.
