- From US$440.38 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,166 reviewsLoved everything about it, free fire logs, free yummy coffee powder, free use laundry machines and free use of the gym! What’s not to love. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Saw lots of wildlife just at the periphery of the camp grounds (including a grizzly and a black bear).Guest review byAnonymousSingapore
- From US$330.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,673 reviewsAlmost everything was perfect. The room and the staff was really nice. At the breakfast, could have more options. But the cleaning was not so good. My husband is allergic and he didn’t stay very well. I’ll attached a picture of the back of the tv where you can see the dust.Guest review byLeticia DanieleBrazil

I paid nearly $800 per night expecting a quiet, nature-focused stay, as advertised on the hotel’s website. Instead, I was first given a noisy room, and then moved to another that smelled strongly of bleach and had a broken window. Despite my allergy, no alternative room was offered. The bleach fumes caused severe headaches that required painkillers, and by the second day, ants had entered the room. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far from worth the price.Guest review byMaryamUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Central location to tourist attractions.
Central location to tourist attractions. Small quiet small residential town on trans Canada highway. Great pub in town to walk to and eat at evenings. Has interesting train history. Away from the crowds at Lake Louise.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

The Lake access can be difficult due to the massive crowds Lake Louise, such that hundreds of people walk 1-2 miles uphill just to get to the lake, because parking lot is full by 8:00 AM. There is a reason for this - possibly the most beautiful mountain setting on earth, with dozens of iconic hikes within minutes of the area.Guest review byCJ LangUnited States - 10.0

Field is a small, quiet, town just off the Trans Canadian Highway. It has a few shops and an Inn which serves food. There are spectacular mountains on both sides of the valley with a beautiful river running through it. There is a railway line running parallel to the road and it was fascinating to watch the long trains passing through.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

As someone who visited Lake Louise in 2007 the experience was different at that time we could drive right up to the hotel and that makes it a difficult for people with disabilities. The lake is still just as beautiful as it was back in 2007 also we felt That it would be a good experience to be able to walk through your fabulous Fairmont hotel, which we were unable to do this time.Guest review byCarlosUnited States - 6.0

I stayed at Cathedral Mountain Lodge because it was the closest place to Lake O’Hara. I had managed to win a much coveted bus ticket, and this was the perfect place to stay the night before. Absolutely loved staying at the lodge, views of mountains all around. The only thing I don’t like about this area is the highway. People drive way too fast, it’s sometimes quite scary!Guest review byShirleyUnited Kingdom
