Staff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).

I can’t really focus on what I love the most about the hotel. It has cozy rooms, it has stunning views, it has great pool areas that must look outworldly in winter. It is an old building but renovated with greatest respect to its original character and at the same time furnished in a way that feels like it was build a year ago. Great taste in design, the nicest staff you could ever think of. The hotel, like Arosa itself is a place where you can recharge your batteries for any challenges ahead! We had a great experience there and are planning our next trip already! Highly recommend taking the half-board option / the dinner is cheaper than what you would usually expect, while the chef does a great job in preparing the compositions and you can (paid extra) choose from some really interesting wine options to go along with it.

Amazing hotel, the view from our room and the dining room was breathtaking, we couldn’t believe it when we walked in. We had a family room and the couch was made into two single beds which were very comfy for the kids. Breakfast was very good. We were only there for one day to see snow for Christmas and the hotel provided us with sleds and we took the free bus up the hill and spent the day sledding and even managed to feed some squirrels on the squirrel walk. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful, the view of the mountain very nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and very clean. The location is perfect to walk by the lake and hike up the mountains. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful for any question asked. The breakfast is good and suits people with gluten allergies. The spa is very pleasant. We liked it so much we stayed another night.

The hotel was really beautiful. The staff was so kind and the room have a romantic style. The hotel have a central position so you can go where you want by foot. They give to me a special card for go up to the mountains and I had the opportunity to see the Bear. The experience was great. For sure I will come back

I am totally biased for Arosa is filled with wonderful...

I am totally biased for Arosa is filled with wonderful childhood memories. Now, being slightly handicapped, I still enjoyed it. The air, the calm on the hills, the views, the hikes, the food…. There is something for everyone and every age (says a great-grandma!😂). Take a horse cariage ride! Visit the museum! Visit the bears sanctuary! Walk up the squirrels way and let them and the birds get nuts out of your hands…

Cleanliness,well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside.There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service.This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel.You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.

The town lacks a true center, but still offers plenty of Apres Ski and shops. Go visit Yolanda and her daughter at the Arosa Shop for quality souveniers - we bought hoodies and T-Shirts for the entire family. They are friendly and fun! The sport shops are knowledgable and helpful.
