From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center, close to the ski lift (5 minute walk). Brand new rooms with quality furniture, comfy bed, nice sheets. Shower has good water pressure which is nice after a day of skiing. Windows are well insulated so the noise from the bars did not bother us at all.

Love the authenticity and real Swiss culture, food, atmosphere and hospitality. The restaurant was excellent and we had a full Swiss experience with traditional food, live music and cheerful guests and staff 10 out of 10!

Amazing hotel in even more amazing mountain town. There are restaurants and also Coop grocery shop very close. The room itself was nice, calm and with excelet view.
