This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

Love the authenticity and real Swiss culture, food, atmosphere and hospitality. The restaurant was excellent and we had a full Swiss experience with traditional food, live music and cheerful guests and staff 10 out of 10!

Owners very hospitable. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with a private bathroom. Coffee or tea was available in the dining room anytime. Breakfast was generous. I arrived early due to bad weather and as my room was available I was allowed to check in early. I very much appreciated this.

The apartment is lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and the garden is exceptional. The hosts are really friendly and are attentive to everything you may need. Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful. The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it! Its very authentic and we loved that. Everything that you needed in the rooms.

Welcoming and helpful attitude in all ways. Loved the pool and sauna and especially appreciated the extra touches offered when celebrating a special birthday dinner.
