I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. One thing that stood out to me was their pet-friendly policy. I was able to bring my little dog along, and they not only welcomed him but also prepared a cozy bed and even provided food for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. They even gave him a little present, which was incredibly sweet and heartwarming. The spa facilities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, Hammam, and the highlight for me was the open-air bath. It was a unique and relaxing experience, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views.

It was the perfect location for hiking in the area, it was located at the base of the gondola. The staff, location, food and the hotel itself were beyond our expectations.

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with the best Swiss hotel tradition.

An excellent location. Near to station, bus stop outside hotel, within walking distance of gondola station to Oeschinensee. Our room was in the older part of the hotel- very Swiss with original features and decoration- full of character. A fantastic, spacious balcony overlooking part of the town and views up to the mountains with the sounds of the gently cascading river. The room was reasonably large with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Wonderful ornate public spaces with grand dining room where we ate an excellent breakfast with a wide choice. We also used the indoor swimming pool a couple of times which was a real bonus and a bathrobe/swimming towel were provided in the room. This hotel has a real feel of "The Grand Tour!"
