Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Exceptional experience. Pleasant hotel and restaurant right on the lake shore, stunning view and surroundings at reach of Schloss Oberhofen. Parking lot at the place. Small but super clean, cosy and calm apartment, really comfortable bed. Advantage - self check in (key boxes) till the late night, you may come and leave independently. Some initial difficulty immediately solved by nice stuff to our full satisfaction. When we come along in the future we will definitely book the same hotel again. Thank you very much, Sophia!

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation.     The hotel is located in the mountains so the ride there is really beautiful. The reception and other staff members were polite and gave an additional information what to visit. The view from the room was just magnificent. The breakfast was very tasty. We went to the restaurant as well and the overall experience was really amazing.     This is a unique place, with a nice vibe, staff, equipment and nice clean territory. We stayed in glamping, with our own parking spot. You can stay with your tent, or mobile home. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I made a mistake in a booking (wrong month) and they resolved my issue without any problem. Totally I recommend to stay.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    Hotel is fair. Nice view and off the tourist are Big dissapointmnet was i left an airpillow in the room and asked them to mail it back to me. They agreed for a fee which i duly wired and paid but never receive the pillow Big dissapointment Esp when i showed them the wire transfer as well

    Nice view of the lake but definately do not book this hotel it was not a good place , most rooms derelict, carpet’s threadbare on the stairs , lifts not working , notices taped to the doors of most rooms that looked as though they had been condemned.

    The hotel is under new management and maintenance to upgrade the hotel are in full process but as a guest it did not bother me at all. It will take probably some time but in the meantime the place is clean and well taken care off. Breakfast was excellent, the staff is very help full and makes you feel at home. it has a great terrace with a Beautiful view over the valley. Only point of attention is the parking space, there is a private parking garage with a only few reserved spaces for the hotel but the rest is shared with the neighbors. parking around the building is kind of a challenge but a public parking is 100 meters away. All in all I would certainly recommend the hotel and would re book the hotel in a heartbeat

    An Amazing view with best panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Plus bonus view of the dears grassing in the early hours. The chalet have everything you need at top quality. Do not miss the nearby easy hike with wonderful views of the woods, fields and lake. It’s an experience to treasure. The chalet is Easy accessible and near all what you need . The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience...

    We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience also Harder Kulm by the funicular and another brilliant trip was to Schynige Platte by cog railway which was brilliant. We also visited the Ballenberg open air museum which was very interesting and took us all day to go around it. Interlaken is a good central location for visiting the area
