The entire place was fantastic. The closeness to the train terminal literally 1 minute walk, the check-in to the hotel, the staff were sweet & friendly and inviting (compliments to Christine and the team), also the food was delicious - great breakfast and lastly, the rooms were just world class. Sad that we weren't able to book the lake view room but despite that, the room was just fantastic. Compliments to Nicole, Christine and the team. We just love your hotel and we were honored to spend new years 2025 with you all at the Yarn! Hope we can join some form of loyalty club for the hotel to always stay here. Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

Overall the cuisine quality in this hotel is exceptional with a great location both in terms of lake view, access and also proximity to City. A lovely small park just next to it, if you have a small kid. Facilities in the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. One of my top 3 hotels so far , i have been to probably more than 100 hotels. One special shout out to the staff. Service quality in Switzerland even for high end restaurants & hotels can be terrible sometimes. Service staff somehow can be entitled and may act rather rude around the country. So the Swiss hospitality is only a marketing gimmick in many occasions but not for this hotel. Lovely and friendly people. Very relatable and also professional at the same time. 11 over 10...
