We were warmly welcomed into this charming hotel (in the same ownership for four generations) by helpful staff who ensured that all our needs were looked after. Our motorcycle was housed in the adjoining garage, our bedroom was large, bright and airy, spotlessly clean and comfortable. With bar and restaurant facilities also available, we highly recommend Albergo Defanti.

If you know, you know ! Here you will find something special. Simple, grounded, no frills but full of warmth, hospitality, laughter and great food. Nicoletta and Kiki were wonderful, the food and drink all homemade, all local, was great. Peaceful, serene with stunning views. If you are lucky you might bump into Angelina Jolie... we did !

This is possibly one of the best value for money places I have stayed. It was fairly newly refurbished so very clean. They staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. Went for a walk before leaving and just excellent
