Very nice and authentic hotel in the middle of the old village, run by a young and very hospitable young couple. Perfect location for a hiking holiday. Better to stay here a whole week if you have the time :)

Exceptional Stay – Worth Every Penny! I only stayed for one night, but this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The view is worth every penny and I would say the price is anyways very affordable. The food at the Ristorante is exquisite (especially the pizze, since they are a pizzeria in the first place), the lunch menu is extremely recommendable, as it provides you with so many delicious dishes included in the already very low price. The closest supermarket is in Lavena Ponte Tresa and can be reached either by bus (there is a bus stop exactly in front of the hotel) or just by foot, since it's just about 2.5 km which can be walked in 30'. It's super close to Switzerland, there's even Swiss network still available...
