SwitzerlandThe location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

United StatesThis hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the lake and were not disappointed. The window/door/balcony took up the whole wall that overlooked the lake providing stunning views the entire time. They provided a bowl and bed for our dog that was traveling with us and greeted her along with us every time we entered or exited. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and the menu is seasonal. It’s in a small but cute town with easy access to the bus that takes you to the nearest train station, it is also right by a ferry during the summer. They have lots of brochures for information on activities nearby and will gladly help you plan any excursions. There’s lots of storage space for all of your equipment and clothes.

I love the fact that though the restaurant was closing, the staff ran back to tell me that the chef could take my lunch order. Alexandria, the waitress did not rush me to finish my meal too. I was famished. So that was remarkably a plus point and truly very much appreciated. The male staff who asked the chef, the chef himself, Alexandria and the staff who picked me up from the bus drop off point, thank you. The gym, steam bath and pool were spotlessly clean. There is free transportation if you are carrying luggages from the bus drop off point and back. The breakfast spread was delightful. It is a lovely walk down to the bus point. The closest one where I stayed for work is the Culinarium Alpinum where I require to walk to the office. Also, there is no uber or any local app for cab to be there within the city ride. However, the buses and trains are well connected as the timings alone required to be known well in advance before you travel for the day as the nearest hill for food is Sarnen and nearest station is Stans and from there, you could travel to Lucern or stop trains through hops for Zurich.Guest review byKrishnakumarIndia - 10.0

This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans. You can easily get the train to Luzern or Engelberg and visit the Stanserhorn bahn or the Titlis bahn. Where you can ski, take in the beautiful views or do some walking. There are so many places we like: 1. Breakfast at Spices Kitchen & Terrace - breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne for breakfast. Go early to get a table near the window. 2. Restaurant Taverne - its rosti is the best I have eaten in Switzerland. Must try! 3. For tennis players, must visit Diamond Domes to play tennis. For golfers, must try the 9 hole golf course with stunning scenery. 4. Experience the Hammetschwand Lift and the Suspension Stairs. 5. Enjoy the funicular railway and catamaran to Lucerne and return. All complimentary for hotel guests. 6. Download the Burgenstock App and check out the daily activities. There are Core & Stretch, Aqua Fitness, History Tour and Burgenstock Resort Movie. 7. Kehrsiten is a very small village. Seebaumen Hotel is located at the end of a 3km very narrow road, which leads to private houses. This is not a route you do easily everyday, especially if you have big car. You have very few alternatives except hiking and exploring the nature around the hotel.
