The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. We had exceptional service from all staff without exception. Some people might say that the hotel is expensive but in my opinion it is well worth the cost. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer!!

The view is amazing! We could spend quite a bit of time there without wanting to change hotels. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of variety.

All. It is right at the train station and still very calm, we could sleep well. The room was spacious even for the 4 of us. The breakfast is extensive, you have all kinds of food. The personnel is very kind, they are uni students on their work experience supervised by professionals. The hotel is brand new. We would definitely come back.

Water dispenser in the floor (sparkling and non-sparkling). Free charge of electric/hybrid car. Very, very pet friendly with a bed and bowls in the room when we arrived. Easy to get in and out of the garage with the car. Very safety place

One of the best experiences I ever had when it comes to hotels. Both Francois and Palmi have demonstrated high level of customer service and patience. I will definitely stay in La Rouvenaz during my next visit of Montreux. Especially Room 500 :) You can write books about this room. Stunning view from the rooms. Outstanding stuff. The restaurant is one of the reasons to get into this place. The bed is very comfortable. Order a table in advance in the restaurant.
