We loved the facilities, location and the staff were amazing. The lady that works in the kitchen was so warm and kind and went out of her way to provide us with extra food for tour days. The staff supported us with booking transfers and other queries. The location wad amazing and close to everything. We would highly recommend :)

The location is excellent, in downtown, close to restaurants, tour business, etc. Although it is in downtown, it is still a quiet and relaxing location. Breakfast was amazing. It is not the buffet style breakfast but you order from the menu and you can order as much as you want. Everything was well prepared, fresh and tasty. The breakfast pan amasado was amazing. The pool area was quiet, nicely decorated with comfy chairs and towels available. It is an outdoor pool. The rooms were nicely decorated with high quality sheets, mattress and pillows. It was clean and bottles of waters were left everyday in the room (for free). The bathroom was big, of a modern design with nice bathrobes available. Showers were great. Their products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream) where all in big bottles (no struggling to make sure you had enough) and where high quality. Even small tins of lip protection are available (weather can be hot and dry). Wifi is available and works well. All personnel was professional, very helpful and very friendly. Overall, it is a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to beautiful San Pedro de Atacama again.

It was such a nice stay here. A very luxurious hotel with an amazing continental breakfast. A beautiful room with a huge bed and a stunning and big bathroom. Super nice staff. A nice view at the sunset over the ocean from the window. Loved it here. A very fast wi-fi which was important for us due to working. The hotel might be actually the reason why we stayed in Antofagasta so long. :-D Also the last day, we could have stayed at the hotel pool or reception until the time we needed (not in the room tho which is understandable).

We were incredibly impressed with Quechua Hotel. The staff were all fantastic and were quick to respond to any query we had either at reception or on WhatsApp. Maria at reception gave us plenty of recommendations on where to eat in town too (our favourite was the Franchuteria bakery). The breakfast was perfect and had plenty of choice including hot toasties and scrambled eggs. The one day we had an early tour the staff provided us with a breakfast to take away. The hotel was impeccably clean, truly impressive considering the dust! We would definitely recommend staying at the Quechua Hotel.

Everything they do at this hotel, they don’t really well. They really care about you as the customer being happy. Helped with many things such as organizing transfer to airport, travel agencies etc. Private secure parking is a real plus. Breakfast very good offering carefully selected high quality products. Calm and secure The only accommodation during my 4 weeks travel in South America that asked me a feedback about my stay. A little more costly than others in San Pedro but totally worth it.

The property is beautiful - like an oasis in town. It’s extremely comfortable and peaceful. I was worried about no air conditioning, but the room was so cool and nice. Staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Breakfast was fantastic and varied. There is a kitchen guests can use to cook their own food - all utensils are of good quality. Free yoghurt, juice and water through the day. Would absolutely stay here again!
