Room was clean. Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. I read some reviews that the room is too small but I believe it is definitely worth the price. Plus, breakfast was splendid and they have things like unlimited night snacks and drinks. So def worth it! Of course, communication can be a challenge since most of the staff can't speak English but thats not an issue at all, and as foreigners, we can't complain!

All the essentials spot on. Bathroom and water, bedsheets, air conditioning, smells. And on top of that a distinct aesthetic different from most other hotels. I would choose this over a generic 5 star any day :)

Very nice staff, always ready to help foreign visitors despite the language barrier. Very clean, very safe. Spectacular breakfast, everything was tasty. Also the location is great, there's a small retail store to the side, a bank, a tea shop and several places where you can eat.

Excellent hotel with an amazing interior! Luxury rooms with a nice rain shower. Breakfast very good. The Chinese restaurant at the second floor is more the excellent! We had dinner three times with a great service. The presentation of the food is absolutely exclusive and the taste marvellous. When you are in Beijing you must eat the Beijing Duck and this Chinese restaurant prepared it absolutely special. The chef cuts the meat in front of you, amazing. In the neighborhood is a very big market along Panjiayuan Road. We booked a trip to Gubei Waterfront City where you can visit the great Wall which was a special experience. Near the center of Beijing you find The Forbidden City, a recommendation to visit as also Summer Palace which at the outside of Beijing. The hotel is provided with a nice swimming pool, a hot tub and a fitness center.

The personnel were very kind and attentive. They made sure that everything went right with my room and they also had the kindness to show me some tips for my first days in China. They are a sunshine ❤️. The hotel facilities are very nice, always super clean and very very close to the subway station. In addition to this there are many places for you to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner in the area. 100% recommended
