    If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place - this is the one! It is an amazing pension, with a small lake, surrounded by trees, a small farm with sheep and the overall feeling is in a fairytale book. The room is simple and modest, but definitely sufficient, the food (breakfast and dinner) is really good, and eating outside near the lake makes it even better.. ;-) Also the staff was really nice and helpful.

    Very pleasant town. Good choice of restaurants. Municipal beach within walking distance – 70 crowns per day. For a snack, try the fried carp from the stand by the lake. Bike hire info from the tourist office is out of date. Best bet is to go to the railway station, which hires bikes. If you don’t speak Czech, German will get you through...

    Area is on perifery between the hills/mountains. Not only can you pay by CZK, but also EURos are accepted. Decent offer of restaurants and markets, also whents not very touristy and central destination.

    This is a cyclist's paradise!

    This is a cyclist's paradise! There are countless trails that come and go around the complex system of lakes in this region. Each day you can go in a new direction, and come back to the lovely town of Třeboň. The architecture and ambiance of Southern Bohemia is historic but never overstated. If you love nature and history, this place is a necessary stop on your trip!

    Trebon is one of the most beautiful little towns in Czech Republic. It is renaissance marvel, with large Chateau, 3 squares, and landscape full of huge lakes (medieval-renaissance fishponds). Definitely worth to stay. They are famous health spas there.
