"The best nap ever." - Joey Tribbian. And it really was! I hated to leave, but I had to. I wanted to stay there and be bitten by vampire and become Carmilla or Eleanore from Castlevania. The city really gives you Castlevania vibe, even though they are in Styria not Slesia, but it was one domain long, long time ago in fictional realms. The hosts - blessings to you, my dear. If it wasn't for 758 kilometers one way only from my residing town , I would return there next summer and stayed there. Marvellous hotel, impeccable, very literate, every detail is taken care of. Ah, bonus is, I felt like Johnathan Harker before leaving to Transylvania! Extra fiction play in my mind! 😃

I like the fact, that the resort is new, big and it is emphasized on family and sport. It has its own ice ring! We had a real good time there. The wellness is comfortable and not too big not too small. The fitness room is spacious and complete. The breakfast is excellent and the staffs are very friendly. Maybe a swimming pool would add the value.

Even before arriving at the Tee House Celadna hotel the exceptional welcome begun as we first had a communication with Tereza in reception for information and later with Nadia in management about our specific requirements.It was an amazing surprise to find that the Tee House was just as luxurious and well equipped for a much much better value for money. Everything from the Art deco, the size and confort of the rooms, the spa services and the restaurant were wonderful.We are not the easiest clients to please and we know what we want but honestly we found nothing that wasn’t of the highest level.Although the infrastructure, the equipment and the quality of the products is important and in this case faultless, what makes one hotel and one stay more remarkable than another is clearly the service. Here the service from Tereza in reception to Katka in the spa and even the chef in the restaurant and his wonderful ukrainian assistant were surprisingly fresh, sincere, human and professional. Well situated in the centre of the Golf resort in Celadna and thus very easy to find the hotel even offers a pick up from the airport which we didn’t need as we had a rental and plenty of parking spaces to choose from.The room was very well equipped with a nespresso machine and original recharges, quality and eco friendly bathroom products and very surprising with a very adequate number of electrical plugs and practical clothes and shoe spaces. The spa area has a large sun bathed internal pool, a very professional massage team with wonderful products, a steam room and a sizeable sauna with all the necessary relaxing all-season indoor and outdoor areas. I could go on but I will wrap this review up with a special mention for the restaurant. I may just be exceptionally lucky but at the Tee House I had one of the best sit-down cooked breakfasts both sweet and sour that I have enjoyed in 4 and 5 stars hotel in a very long time. And always impeccably served by professional and smiling staff.

Great staff. My card wasn’t working, so they allowed us to pay with PLN. We went to the mountain and they allowed us to leave our baggage although we already checked out. Great facilities. You get everything you might need in a room: microwave, electric kettle, fridge, comfortable beds, tv, clean bathroom and WiFi. Good breakfast. They had everything for a good breakfast.

Location is excellent, very calm and quiet place. Food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing - the look, taste, smell - simply brilliant! Spa&welness area is beautiful, spacious and peaceful, with many places to hide and rest. There were not many children there (the hotel is not really for chlidren and this is why we went there), not many hotels have poolbar in the welness area - awsome!
