First time being in Velotel and I really recommend it. The room was brilliant, the housekeeping ladys very friendly , smiling (that's not common). Breakfast more than enough, as well stuff friendly. Big mention to Ramon a young boy who is in his last year in the Ausbildung , his smile and his motivation make me hope that Gastronomie it's about passion. The reception stuff as well very efficient. I will be back for sure .

My husband and I had a really nice and relaxing week at the resort. It was actually our wedding anniversary :) The water temperature in the thermal pools was perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. So as the dinner and breakfast buffet were generous with a great variety of options.

Excellent hotel – would definitely stay again. The location is incredible, directly on the lake, where you can swim, padle board, kayak, etc. It's also really close to other nice lakes where you can rent equipment from. Since all the lakes are connected by a series of canals, it's fun to padleboard through, which is a real adventure. Whilst on the more expensive side, the quality of the food in the restaurant was extremely good, plus the service was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also great.
