My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

Everything! The location, the calmness, the sea at your doorstep. Nothing like the big hotels with crowds. I visited with my mother, who has a walking disability, and instantly upon arrival the staff were attentive and ready to help with anything at any moment. We could not have been more grateful or happy. The diving centre right next to the hotel is also great—an amazing experience. Food-wise, there were gluten-free and vegetarian options, which were excellent. Friendly cat on site who appreciates some cuddles and a treat. We’re already planning to go back because we enjoyed it so much.

Great resort with a lot of fascilities, restaurants, a spa and pools. The room was clean and roomy with everyday room service to change the sheets, towels and clean the place. The restaurant with a self service option is great with a really kind staff and a lot of delicious food to choose from. Also the other alla carte restaurants are very nice too and are also included in the all-inclusive pacage. There are a lot od pools to swim in and also for children where the water is not deep. There are quite a few bars that offer all kinds of free-of-charge drinks and also one that offers different kinds of snacks during the day. Altogether it is a great resort especially for this price range and I must once again mention the stuff which is truly exceptional.

Stayed for 3 nights — beautiful sandy beach and easy swim access to the “city underwater” for snorkeling. Rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable. Some areas are still under work, but the workers were always respectful of guests and stopped immediately when anyone passed by. The reception staff were friendly and responsive — even though the hotel can get busy, they follow up promptly if any requests are missed. The beach team were especially cheerful and helpful. I had a minor injury on the coral reefs, and they kindly assisted with moving my wheelchair around and provided first aid, which I truly appreciated. The food was fresh, varied, and of good quality. Overall, a pleasant and caring atmosphere — highly recommend for both relaxation and snorkeling.

We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Elite Riviera. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Creek. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it clear that this place takes hospitality seriously. The rooms were beautifully designed, the facilities were spotless, and the entire property had a relaxing, upscale vibe that made it easy to unwind. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Ziad who went above and beyond in every interaction. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. His professionalism and warm personality added so much value to our trip he really made a huge difference and elevated the entire experience. Creek is a gem in El Gouna, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be returning!
