We where expecting an hotel but it is a private complex (more like a small town) with football fields, swimming pools, gym, mosque, wedding hall, gardens, etc. The room was extremely spacious, the staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice restaurant with good prices for dinner. Free use of the pools. Good breakfast. They also have a free shuttle from and to downtown (we did not use it but is a nice amenity). Located halfway between the city and the airport (we were there only to catch a flight). They also arranged special transport to the airport as the regular driver only started after the time we needed to get to the airport. Bonus: weddings come here to take pictures, so we saw at least 5 with people in their best party clothes :)

It is a decently hotel. Hotel lobby manager Mr. Girgis is very professional to help customers requests. Good location, suitable for all kind of travelers. By the way, hotel restaurant’s kitchen managed by a real chef. The dish is tasty.

The location is right smack in the centre of the city The parking is safe and there is someone looking after our car 24/7 the cafe at the 10 th floor serve good food we dont need to wait long The staff at the hotel mr ismail,mr motaz and mr ali really make our stay an enjoyable one.the teat us like family help us throughout our stay.service was tip top.every question is answered well.they even send us to the bank to change to local currency.the room has everything you need .clean towels,complete toiletries,kettles,fridge etc bed was comfortable n clean.every staff there were so friendly and all smiley.we love our stay and hope to come back again Well done staffs of agyad hotel
