We loved the polite friendly staff from the first moment everyone wanted our comfort. The receptionist Mohamed Ahmad was welcoming and very helpful. The bell boy and cleaning staff were great. The breakfast was very nice with several choices and the staff was super, specially Ahmad, who was sociable and very helpful. Great job everyone. The location is close to town and the beach is clean and beautiful. The towel guy was ready with towels and very polite. I can’t deny that we had a wonderful time.

everything was great and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is breathtaking , the whole team work for your comfort and your happiness for unforgettable trip . The facilities, Pool , the service and the staff, the food, the view from our room looking at the lake , Great private beach despite it far about 3 minutes by car form the hotel , amazing access to la femme beach . It was a superb experience and we will definitely come back. A big greet to all the employees of the hotel especially Mr. Abdalla in the reception , he was amazing person ! He is truly the best hospitality person ever and knows how to make his guests feel welcome and taken care of. In fact , All the staff at the hotel did their best to for our needs at all times. I understood from the smiles in their eyes that they do their work with great love. The overall the experience was Luxurious and comfy and Highly recommended Bravo to Le royal marina hotel team.
