We loved the hotel. The staff were great and the food was outstanding. We took part in some of the daytime activities and watched some evening entertainment. Both great. Cleanliness was outstanding. Room very comfortable with a lovely view of the beach. The snacks and drinks from the pool side bar were lovely. We didn't use the indoor pool or spa but it looked nice. We were allowed to use the showers to get changed in the evening ready for our late flight. Thank you.

Extremely impressed with their professionalism / customer service.. that went way beyond our expectations… and the best we experienced on our travels around France, Portugal, Spain. Pure class. We were passing through and found this lovely resort by accident. I recommend booking the ocean view because it is MAGNIFICENT! We were completely surprised of all the activities, restaurants and bars. The buffet is quality. We highly recommend to spend several days if not longer to feel the peace.

Everything was just excellent. We enjoyed the room, jungle view around, food was amazing with very big portions, ocean 5min walk from the place, staff was so friendly and helpful, pool was clean and available 24h, private parking included. We were probably very lucky that our pre-booked mobile house in different camping of this area got cancelled (maybe due to the storm it had passed 2 nights before we arrived, maybe due to the off-season laziness). We had arranged a ground floor apartement in this camping quickly instead. It shown up as a great descision. Everything went smooth, the place was clean, just our size for 2 with 2 kids. The restaurant was closed that night and next morning, but we arrived with some food which we just prepared in the kitchen easily. We didn’t expected more, even there were some shops opened around anyway. It might be little tricky with hot water for those who are not fully friendly with gas bottles, i didn’t find it as a problem but I’m sure the personnel would had been helpful.

Great Stay Right on the Oceanfront We had a wonderful time at this hotel! It’s located right on the oceanfront with a beautiful beach just steps away. The hotel was clean, and the pool area was really cool and relaxing. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely top – perfect for beach lovers. We felt like we were the only non-Spanish-speaking guests, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely recommend!

Close to La Barossa beach which is magical. The hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner and it was totally worth it. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toothbrushes and tooth paste. It is also the only hotel where guests only leave the towels on the sun beds only when they actually stay there. Very educated tourists and staff is very friendly.

Beautiful city but the old town is perfect for sightseeing, walking around the cobbled streets and enjoying traditional sherry tasting and tapas. I would highly recommend the Tabanco El Pasaje bar. It is very small and quirky with a very warm welcome with fantastic authentic flamenco every day - do not miss this. I would also recommend Las Banderillas for an authentic Spanish bar with a warm welcome for sherry and tapas. Unfortunatley, I would not recommend La kastiza. We went to eat on a weekend night, we found a table outside - yes it was exceptionally busy but numerous Spanish customers were seated after us and they were served before us so we decided to leave and eat elswhere. The dancing horses at the equestrian school were breathtaking. A good few hours walking around the house, museum, stables where you can interact with some of the horses and of course the show! Tio Pepe is another must, fantastic guide and you learn a lot about the history of Tio Pepe and how they make the different flavours. The autograph museum is brilliant & the shop prices are actually really good value. If you want to hire a motorbike or moped, I would highly recommend GCBIKERENTAL - very modern bikes at a reasonable price and the owners are very nice and helpful. It is only approximately a 20 minute drive from Jerez airport to the old town and to the Circuito de Jerez from the old town it is also only approximately 20 minutes. If you like culture, tapas, sherry and winter sun - this is the place to visit.

Amazing coastal town, full of beautiful architecture and history. Christmas season is really special, like in a fairy-tale. Old town is fully walkable, but I do recommend to get a car and visit the villages, and small towns around, and the beaches! Beautiful harbor, long walking zones near the sea, the smell of salt and sea, and some of the best and most hospitable people. If you don't want to drive, that is fine, you can take the train to most of the really great locations as well (such as Jerez de la Frontera)

I arrived in El Puerto de Santa María by ferry from Cadiz (which I recommend if the weather is good). I stayed in Puerto Sherry which is about a 15min taxi ride from El Puerto. There are some amazing seafood restaurants, of which my favourite was ‘Restaurante Romerijo’. I would also recommend a visit to San Marcos Castle.

The location is excellent. The room was a good size and it was clean. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect. The ladies at reception were very helpful and one gal even drove with my husband to show him where the indoor parking was. Gracias!

Algeciras has some beautiful parts, in the old city the Moorish architecture is really quite something. There are some rougher parts sure, as with any large port town. But I found it safe, the people friendly and the food was great, especially El Taller restaurant. Nearby beach Playa el Rinconcillo was fine. But Algeciras isn't like some beautiful Mediterranean coasted resort destination, it's a fairly gritty Spanish port with some beautiful architecture and passable beaches, cheap and cheerful with easy access to TARIFA where you can get a ferry to Tangiers and visit nearby roman ruins or visit very nearby Gibraltar.

My stay included visits to the sites Huelva has to offer but...

My stay included visits to the sites Huelva has to offer but also trips away from it to explore Palos de la Frontera, Rabida, and Moguer--all places with strong connections to Christopher Columbus's voyages to the Western Hemisphere. These other places filled in a lot of history unknown to me before about him and others from the area who accompanied him on his voyages. I took public transportation within Huelva using its city bus system and out to Palos de la Frontera and Rabida.

The old town is beautifull with plenty of local people and...

The old town is beautifull with plenty of local people and spaniards from diffrent reagions of Spain. Not too many tourist is good news. There are delicious and trendy restaurants and tapas bars. Medina Sidonia palace is marvelous and the Church of Notre Dane of Ó, a pearl of architecture from spain, has a sweet lady guide (and very well informed).

A wonderful town in two parts - the beach and the town -...

A wonderful town in two parts - the beach and the town - around 15 mins drive away. We were there in October and it didn't feel too crowded, but both the beach area and the town were vibrant and full of life. Surrounding countryside provides several lovely walks, public transport was good and prices reasonable. We will be back.

Stunning town with a ridiculous amount of excellent bars and restaurants serving top quality food at a fraction of the price you would pay in the UK. Very Spanish (obviously) and everyone super friendly and accommodating. Lots to see and do around and not far from Cádiz. You do need a car which you can park for free at the bottom of the town and then walk up - it is incredible hilly and steep so proper shoes recommended! Beautiful main plaza with fountain and tapas places and restaurants. Highly recommend.
