Upon check in you o notice they are well organized and follow all the requirements established by law such as registering ID and credit card and making you sign GDPR etc… everything is correct. I highly recommend checking in online in advance because the law changed in Spain and now it’s much more complex so if you do it before arrival it will save you time!

I think I’ve finally found the exotic vibe I was looking for! The hotel has a stunning botanical garden, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms were absolutely amazing. It even reminded me of the hotels from The White Lotus, a series I absolutely love! Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next time - with our cats!

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.

It was honestly better than the sister 5 star hotel. Honestly it has everything, the sunset, the pool, good food, amazing views, the beach right there, the banana plantation next to it. The staff is fantastic! Cheers to Carlos! And everything new and clean, for our stay with the baby. We will come back for sure!
