Comfortable, clean budget hotel in a great location in the old city & very close to key attractions. Friendly staff - especially the guy who looked after my luggage. I had a single room which was bijou, but clean. Not the best view, but on the plus side it was quiet and I slept well. Loved staying in a local hotel rather than a 'chain' & a pleasant place to stay as a single traveller.

Off-season trip to Ronda is recommended, as it is teeming with tourists. If you're interested in Flamenco then you must buy tickets for the Flamenco show at Ronda Flamenco, Plaza del Socorro, 12. It was an unforgettable experience which can be highly recommended. For eating Tapa's visit one of the bars in the side streets where the locals hang out. Much cheaper and more authentic.

Estepona is a much bigger town than I thought with a lot of high rise buildings but the Old town is really quaint and beautiful with little cobbled streets full of pots of flowers everywhere! The town is very clean and apart from the odd dog poo there was no litter. Lots of cafes and restaurants to chose from and what we did like was there were hardly any tacky souvenier shops! I would thoroughly recommend going up to Clio rooftop bar the view was amazing! The promenade is lovely stretching for miles alongside the clean beaches with lots of palm tress and green plantation. We loved looking out for the numerous sculptures and murials which are dotted everywhere....Estepona has everything....clean beaches, beautiful old town, lots of places to eat and a lovely harbour.

Antequera is a pleasant little town, perfect for a half-day visit. You can explore the fortress, visit a few beautiful churches, and enjoy wandering through quiet streets. There’s not much else to do in town itself, but it’s a great base for visiting the nearby natural sights and landscapes. Peaceful and authentic Andalusian atmosphere.

it is a lovely town, friendly with lots of good restaurants and small shops. The park area around the old bullring and church was very nice (I was happy that the bullring wasn't in use). As an animal lover, the donkeys and horses seemed to be well looked after. At least I hope they were. The bus service in the centre of the town was excellent. The walks in the mountains were great. The staff in the Tourist Centre were helpful. The atmosphere at night was nice and pleasant. The white washed houses were nice and the history of the town was interesting.
