The welcome was exceptional! Each member of staff we met were fantastic. We stayed on a Saturday and we were fascinated to see the locals arrive in their droves to dine here at the “Twickenham Pub”. However, they had good reason, Dinner was first class - high standard Brasserie/Bistro Dining. Quality regional wines and exceptional service. Departed 4 am and the night manager made my coffee- she assisted with carrying my luggage to the car - as I took my coffee to go! This IBIS is one other hotels of similar class could learn alot from.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast, incredibly comfortable room and pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even without a parking reservation, we would always find a public parking spot 200 meters away. The hotel was also extremely fit for our dog. We will definitely come back!

Very good stay - well located - perfect for a relax stay. Very professional team ! Restaurant is perfect, price quality is good, people who dont like this food dont know. French kitchen is super. Suggestion: for easter maybe do something special during breakfast. also to serve coffee a little bit hotter, but thats maybe a French thing. Lovely property and very well designed. Rooms are very comfortable. Attentive turn down service. All staff are great and happy to help with anything. Pool area really nice and never an issue getting a lounger. Easy to walk to train/bus station if you want to do a trip to another town - Uzes, Arles, Avignon etc..Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing stay and just a pity couldn’t stay longer.

we arrived during a thunderstorm, last minute booking whilst travelling Europe on way back from Monaco GP. it was just what was needed, peace and tranquillity . spend the next day having lovely food, wine (there own) and chilling by the beautiful infinity pool. room was stunning with a great view. can not fault this hotel . Fabulous . loved it so much stayed another night.

A cute city, super walkable with some hills (good excuse for a workout before eating), many options for restaurants and bars, getting around is easy with the tram lines and buses but it was easy for me to walk around to explore the city as well.

Lovely little gem of a town, lots of medieval history and a good food and drinks scene. People are really friendly and a lot speak a bit of English if your French isn’t very good! It’s a very walkable town as well, and I recommend the little train tour to give you some history and context for the place.

Nimes is a lovely town with the Amphitheatre and the Maison carre. The centre has lots of charming buildings and small pedestrian alleys with a multitude of restaurants, brasseries and cafés. Lots of great shops. At night-time, the small streets with bars are quite lively with people chatting. drinking and eating out on terrasses. There is a lovely atmosphere and people are friendly

Lovely for a day's exploring. Saw key sites in old town in a few hours but could have enjoyed a full day. Really interesting and nice pace and atmoshphere. Lovely coffee stops etc. Train easy to other nearby places. Train journey south spectacular. Note Les Halles market shut on Mondays Oct Nov - notice on door but not clear on any website.

The best thing for me was the Eglise de la Madeleine, which is ravishing in its simplicity, dignity and history; and the art trail, which were great finds. I liked the cafes and fountains in the Place Jean Jaure, the belle epoch architecture, the bookshops, and the flower market, as well as the cartoons rather romantically depicting moments in the town's history. On this occasion, I wish I had one more day to walk the canal and spend time down at the Fonseranne Loch - it might have given me a bit of a different impression of the town, which I felt had an uncomfortably stark and divided sense between poor and wealthy areas, which I understand is reflected politically.

Séte city was beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars. This is known as Venice on the med and I could see why. We were staying in late October but it was still warm and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

La Grand Motte is pleasant and has numerous bars and cafes.

La Grand Motte is pleasant and has numerous bars and cafes. The beach area is clean and looked after. It's not the most sophisticated seaside town but it's probably got something for most people.

Gorgeous city which is so easy to walk around.

Gorgeous city which is so easy to walk around. The little streets are an utter delight. À huge variety of options to choose from for lunch or dinner. Lots of bars and cafes, and lots of things to explore. It’s also easy to do day trips by train.
