The hotel is just by the railway station. Needs to go out station to reach the entrance to the hotel. The room is very large and new. The most amazing thing is that the bathroom and the toilet are completely separate. The price is reasonable.

Our experience was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon. Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, our room was spotless, and the bed was a perfect 10/10 – we slept like babies! My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found it in one of the best locations in the beautiful city of Annecy — it was literally steps away from the center of the city. It was well situated as it was walking distance to all the major shops and must see attractions. The staff was also very kind and hospitable; they took their time to guide me as far as suggesting their own personal recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful and very unique — everywhere you looked there was intricate artwork. I felt as though I time traveled as it was very art deco and cool. The room also was very cozy and clean. Had I had time, I would have extended but will definitely stay again

1-They treated us as real guests ! They never ask for credit cards to block our money, or pay deposit, although , we had our dinner in the 3 stars Mechlin restaurant and the cost was over 600 €, no one asks us to sign anything, all was charged to the room, professional staff, they spot what you like and what you don’t, like our drinks on the breakfast for the next day, they pay attention for the details. 2- They granted us gifts, desserts, cakes, with a nice message left on the table informing us that there is a gift for us in the mini bar. 3- so friendly staff, we love everything from the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, also a gift from the garden upon our check out. Amazing hotel, last but not least the location was wonderful, our room was Mountain View, Definitely would come back again

Large nicely decorated room. There is a very decent tv set to watch a film when the weather outside was too cold to be out on the terrace! As the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night, they provided a "planche", a cheese and cold meat assortment which did the trick after a long journey.

It’s a very beautiful city. Compared to other cities in France, the people were helpful and very polite. The food was a highlight, and we tried the local dishes, but we didn’t really enjoy them that much.

Walking the cobblestone streets and the canals of the old town was amazing. The history that surrounds you is mind blowing. The views at the lake and the snow covered mountains are breath taking! And the Christmas Market. It was fantastic. It is a magical place and deserving of the nick name, the Venice of the Alps.

Amazing.y awesome! The city, restaurants and speciality shops were wonderful and within walking distance of our apartment just off the pedestrian zone. Food was delicious with lots of different offerings…Japanese, Turkish, local specialities like fondues and meats. Sho owners were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed Grenoble.

We really enjoyed Grenoble. It is a nice friendly city with good transport. We visited the art gallery and the cable car. The scenery is stunning. We were only there two days but with more time would have ventured out of the city into the countryside. We would recommend the Belle Idée restaurant. After Grenoble we went to Aix. The first part of our journey was on a beautiful little train from Grenoble towards Gap. This went through the Alps and this journey was amazing. Well worth doing.

I made 3 separate booking .You have to buy your own Toilet paper .room cleaning is extra charge .If I booked 3 times in separate occasions they must be doing the bed and give the cleaned room to me no matter its same room . I paid full price .There was a bug at the window and Room220 is right at the road where Tram runs 24 hours almost .Christina is very rude so be firm with her .The rest of girls are really nice and speaks some English.Christina does not know English at all .She should not be working at a hotel where mostly Foreigners stays .

Last week of April means sunshine is plentiful and sunscreen a must even on cloudy days because the sun can come out in a few moments. Great ski area even late in the season, no lift lines, and good facilities in the town. This could be the best intermediate skiier resort in France.

We actually ended up staying here due to an issue with an Airbnb in another city. But it was easy to book, the people were friendly, and the surrounding area to walk around was beautiful. Looked like there was a lot more to explore had we stayed longer.

I was there on a Monday, and then Absolutely Nothing is...

I was there on a Monday, and then Absolutely Nothing is happening. The (only) museum is closed on both Monday and Tuesday. All bookshops (apart from FNAC) were closed as well. Maybe other weekdays are better, but do not go there on Monday.

Beautiful, and very easy to move around via transports. There are tons of things to do like visiting the park and most of them are free or rather cheap. It is overall a great city without that turist pressure everywhere!

Super easy and convenient to find in the airport.

Super easy and convenient to find in the airport. Interesting decor for an airport hotel . Super nice staff very accomodating when we slept in after a long flight but still made sure we did not miss breakfast even though we were late , great customer service.
