Lovely hotel, lovely room, large, comfy bed, view to the lovely gardens. Dinner in the restaurant and drink in the bar afterwards were great and staff friendly. Glad I chose to stop here for first night on our Causeway Coast driving holiday.

The receptionist was the most helpful person I have ever met on my numerous travels. I changed my booking arrangements 4 times in the first few hours of arriving at the hotel. She was super positive and helped perfectly. I can’t praise the service highly enough. Every other aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations too. There is simply nowhere else to stay in Belfast.

Felt like home before I even got into the place, as the lady had left the key under the front door mat for me. The room was spectacular with absolutely incredible views of Royal Portrush, The Skerries and Torr Head We were also accommodated with an earlier than usual breakfast time, which was much appreciated before a day of golf. Couldn’t speak more highly of it. Fantastic location too.

Beautiful ambiance that is carried through the hotel from the breakfast area with stunning decorations to the bar with the old rustic feeling all the way to the rooms which are spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. The kind of room you immediately take off your shoes in. The location is excellent with most places for eating and drinking within 5 minutes walking and even the Titanic museum being only 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff and beautiful facilities. This hotel was just such a pleasure to stay at.

There are some well-known spots worth visiting, like the Giant’s Causeway — though maybe a bit overrated. Let’s say it’s a must for first-time visitors. A really positive and unexpected surprise was visiting Belfast and the Titanic Experience — we really enjoyed it!

Such a special area. There is so much to see and do. Cutest little shops. Nature and Natural beauty is everywhere. You are practically tripping over the next inspiring view point. I was so happy the whole time we were there. Pubs, Beaches, Nature, People watching, We were there in the Autumn. It was easy to get parking. I can see that this area would be very popular. Loads of golf around. I am not into that but all the green adds to the beauty of the area.

I sent my evaluation of Smart Home in Larne allready earlier and asked the owner some refund of our money, she was very rude. We did not get what was promised, for ex. the whole appartment for ourself, we are two elderly ladies and there was a man staying in the other small bedroom, his stuff all over the place, we did not know who owned food in the fridge. We did not touch it, even the promised breakfast with freshly-baked pastries never arrived. The coffee in the kitchen jar was dryed out, and did not come out of the jar, milk smelt bad, the kitchen towel was discustingly dirty, the microwave oven was dirty. The man next door arrived sometimes 01.00 o'clock with a woman, both were drunk, and were vomiting - discusting and an unsecure feeling. We do deserve some of our money back.
