This was an excellent stay. I stayed with my 2 sons, aged 13 and 4. The room and property is really well done up with lots of mice touches that I tried not to bring home with me. We were visiting Mount Stewart from the south.

This was a delightful property!!! Our room was a bit small, but I knew what I selected as the larger rooms had already been booked out. But we had a fridge, a Smart TV, an ensuite, and the room was large enough for us, and we loved it - and the price so reasonable. Next to our bed was a large window looking onto the harbour - which was so special. We enjoyed our wonderful breakfasts in the restaurant, had a few drinks at the bar, and one evening ate in the restaurant. All excellent!. Lots of great bars and food in the area if you decide to go exploring. We love the series Hope Street and so it was fun to stay in the hotel and wander around the area. Donaghadee is just gorgeous, and was such a surprise to us as we were not expecting it to be so lovely. We were lucky to have blue skies during our stay and we went for lots of walks. We were happy with the customer service, Lindsay suggested our new favourite meal (the sesame chicken) at their sister property, Caroline took a photo of us behind the bar, and Mia was a lot of fun. Thank you Pier 36 for a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was lovely, fresh produce, good selection of fruit, toast, cereals and yogurts. Aswell as a cooked breakfast. A very nice hotel, very impressive from the outside. The decor is tastefully decorated. Staff friendly and welcoming. A lovely town, near by and within walking distance. The food in both restaurants was very nice. A room set aside to play pool, board games. Price is a bit expensive, especially when converting sterling to euro.

The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.

Rostrevor is a must for anyone visiting Ireland......it is a magical village set against the backdrop of the Mourne Mountains and on the shores of beautiful Carlingford Lough. It is so peaceful and idyllic and offers a perfect mix of tradition, culinary delights, talented artists and good craic! It's a beautiful little town, with stunning views and so much to explore. There are plenty of other towns nearby that you could easily get lost for hours or days exploring all of them. It's incredibly walkable, and there are several delicious restaurants nearby. Be sure to take the ferry across the lough to see the towns on the mainland. On the Ards Peninsula side, St. Cooey's Well is a must-see. Be sure to bring a ribbon to tie onto the tree to say a prayer/make a wish. It's an incredibly peaceful and holy place. Could not recommend Portaferry enough.

The Belmont House Hotel is a charming boutique stay with real character. Set in a beautiful old house, the hotel feels wonderfully authentic, and the rooms are truly lovely—thoughtfully finished while retaining their historic charm. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quaint and welcoming place to stay.
