The hotel seems to be after a recent renovation. Design is modern and not stuffy. The room is fairly big and there's a small kitchenette with a range, a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location was surprisingly good. Chiswick is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants, steps away from the hotel. Turnham green station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a laundry room (8GBP for full wash&dry cycle). The gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench). We asked for a quiet room and got a room on the courtyard level (-1), meaning below ground level. The window was facing a concrete wall 2 feet away, so no view, but very quiet and we were fine with the tradeoff.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming – they truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit.

The location is absolutely fantastic. 20 minutes walking distance from Big Ben, nearby restaurants, cinemas, clubs, bars, fast food locations and stores. Room was pretty small but with a perfect view to the city. Breakfast could be better. There were NO eggs, sausages, or varieties of yogurts. Warm sandwiches were delicious though.

It was nice to stay here. The breakfast was a bit boring and same during our staying. The room was tidy and was great to get clean towels every day. Near the hotel we could buy a power plug converter in a newsagent, because in the hotel was not functional the requested converter. Summary, our staying here was great.

I never made the trip to London.

I never made the trip to London. On Dec 14th, 2025, I called Booking.com and informed them that due to the servere weather conditions in Cheektowaga NY, I would be cancelling my trip to London. I have attached evidence of the weather conditions in Cheektowaga NY. I paid USD $276.99 to Booking.com to cancel my reservation at Plaza London Hotel. I paid a cancellation fee of USD $276.99 to Booking.com. I was told by a Supervisor at Booking.com that after paying this fee of USD $276.90, my payment of USD $576 to the Plaza Londan Hotel would be refunded to me within 7 days. I feel that I was SCAMED by Booking. Com.

Access passage from Terminal 4 was extremely hard to discover, tucked away with little to no signage. Lighting in the hotel was night club like. There were no windows to the outside and it felt like a casino. It would appeal to a younger male, which I am not. Plugs for the hairdryer were not in a good spot for access to the mirror. I had to crouch on the ground while doing my hair.

very close to the airport car returns on Perimeter Road. It was half a mile along Bath Road then a left turn at Nene Road into Perimeter Road to Europcar returns depot. At 5a.m. it was plain sailing. The hotel has a restaurant and coffee bar, and the beds were comfy so we had a lovely sleep and rest. This is the second time I have stayed there and if I visit London again ,will be using there again.

After a long time, my partner and I got a proper good night's sleep and truly relaxed. The breakfasts were excellent, and it was great that we could have something different every day. :) Thank you to the kind gentleman who managed the breakfast service for making me a waffle with Nutella and honey every morning. We had a wonderful time with you and I already miss it. I hope we'll see each other again soon! :) My boyfriend and I highly recommend this hotel!" I found barking very convenient for traveling into London.the station is right on the high street and it's a short journey into the city.the prices in barking are a lot cheaper than London too and there's plenty of shops and cafes in barking to keep you entertained. All in all I would recommend staying in barking especially if your on a budget.the dreams hotel is cheap and good. We had just one night- arrived in the morning (and were allowed to park and leave the car), nice lunch at the hotel and then the train (35 mins) into London for a few hours. The next day, we visited Hampton Court Palace (parked in the HCP car park up the road) and then drove home from there. It was a great way to do it.
