friendly helpful staff nice rooms and good food. as we were working in the area we had to leave each day before breakfast so the hotel supplied a packed lunch instead which was great!

Perfectly location with the view to the harbour, only 5-10 minutes walking to Cadenhead’s, Springbank distillery and Glengyle distillery, to Glen Scotia 10-15 minutes. Very clean room and nice staff.

The style of the room decoration was thoughtful. Outside view was outstanding. Everything was very clean and bright. Staff was very frendly. A suitable place to enjoy the silence. There are restaurants not far from the hotel. Brakefast was very good.

Welcoming staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Upgraded without a problem due to a guest staying on longer in my allocated room. Excellent facilities. Warm and cozy. Relaxed with a few pints at the bar. Locals were very sociable.

The apartment was newly renovated and furnished. It was very clean and lovingly decorated. In the kitchen, coffee and tea, milk and sugar, some drinks and some sweets were waiting for us. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt very comfortable overall. Pubs, shops, and the Springbank distilleries are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and helpful.
