He was so lovely, super helpful, served us our evening meal and also breakfast. Nothing was too much to ask of him. Our evening meal and breakfast was 5 stars. The manager Andy was wonderful and knowledgeable of the hotels history. Our room , the food the service was 5 star.💗Guest review byDavidAustralia

Preston is a great hub for exploring this part of the north west. Well-connected by train - and by bus from the iconic bus station. And a great place to come back to to eat, drink and wander around. The newly re-furbished Harris is brilliant - especially if you have children and/or are a Wallace and Gromit fan. For urban flâneurs like us, Preston is a great place to go. There are plenty of interesting buildings, old and new, industrial history and pleasant residential areas to explore. A multicultural vibe plus a university mean there's life going on too.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Lytham offers excellent shopping and range of eateries with treelined streets and lovely flower tubs for the Autumn. A very relaxed atmosphere and lovely walks along the promenade right into St Annes.Perhaps the townshould be careful not to crowd the pavement with too much Ak Fresco dining. St Annes ,which I know well from pst holidays, semmed quiter and lacks the quality shopping it used to have and its department store. Ashton Gardens looking betterGuest review bySommerville - 8.0

If you have kids who love sandy beaches AND will stay within bounds, they'll be in heaven. If you love a wide, well-surfaced prom for a wheelchair of some rollerblades, so will you. If you want sophisticated dining options, or nightlife that isn't centred on slot machines, I'd look elsewhere. One thing Morecambe does offer is a cheaper overnight option than Lancaster, without being too far to travel - and The Lake District is within easy reach for a day out away from the seaside. Oh, and the statue of Eric Morecambe, of course!Guest review byMirandaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant Diamond Star Stay!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant Diamond Star Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this accommodation was exceptional in every way. The place was spotless, the cleanliness was second to none and truly impressive. The food was superb, full of flavour and beautifully presented, making every breakfast a real treat. A real highlight was the signature homemade compote with yogurt, it was absolutely to die for! The hosts were absolutely brilliant, warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care made our stay feel extra special. What struck us most is that the photos simply don’t do this accommodation justice (and they are impressive). It’s even more stunning in person, with an atmosphere that has to be experienced to be believed. A true gem – we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A brilliant diamond star of a stay!Guest review byRobertUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Just ask more questions before using their other facilities so you have all information in hand. Reception should share more information on arrival. They have a good pool for people who love swimming and sauna. I enjoyed it very much.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

The hotel was a complete surprise - lovely room with great views and our car right outside. Very snuggly bed, truly lovely staff, really nice food too. The only slight blip was the outdated bathroom however, it was still better than others we have stayed at (why do some venues only offer a tiny sink?). Overall, very happy to return, and for much longer. Exceptional value.Guest review byGillianUnited Kingdom
