Our stay at Horizons Bakurtsikhe was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a serene and scenic location, this place is a true haven for nature lovers. We had the entire property to ourselves, making it feel like a private retreat, hosted by the warm and wonderful Natalie – an exceptional host who made our stay truly special. The cottage was beautifully designed – cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains and the stunning natural landscape was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like stepping into a postcard. Dinner at Horizons was absolutely sumptuous, beautifully prepared, and bursting with local flavor. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a generous spread featuring delicious pancakes, shakshuka, and much more. It was a true feast, served with care and hospitality. The amenities added to the charm – a lovely pool and a relaxing sauna made our evenings perfect. We were also joined by two well-behaved, friendly dogs who quietly kept us company, adding to the homely and peaceful atmosphere without ever being intrusive. Horizons Bakurtsikhe is a hidden treasure that offers comfort, tranquility, and hospitality at its finest. Whether you're looking to unwind in nature or just enjoy warm Georgian hospitality in a scenic setting, this is a must-stay spot. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The best hotel in Kakheti, great hospitality, clean and organized place. Pool was amazing , clean and warm. Relaxing and peaceful place, we even couldn’t hear any vehicle’s noise for days. Breakfast was so delicious and various, also my biggest respect to chef for extremely taste dishes. Place was insanely beautiful, Views are jaw-dropping with vineyards and Caucasus mountains. Sitting on terraces was the best part for me, very relaxing and enjoyable.

I stayed at this amazing hotel in Telavi and I must say it's probably the best in the city. The breakfast was excellent, and the workers were very polite and helpful (thank you, Saba)! The rooms were stylish, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a yoga mat in my room too. The hotel is conveniently located on a pretty street in the city center. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Telavi.

Super relaxing place. It's run by a couple who are lovely and really helpful. The food is incredible and the wine is delicious. Room was modern and nice. We laid on hammocks all morning sipping wine and relaxing.

Gigi the staff at the cafe on 5th floor needs to be protected and safeguarded as he has excellent communication skills and goes above and beyond his duties to fullfil guests requirements. Overall a pleasant property and helpful staff. Baggage handled smoothly without any issues.     Atmosphere and ambiance is great. Music you hear is pleasant and calming. There are several nice corners at the restaurant and on terrace where you can sit and enjoy. Food is amazing and wine is excellent for different tastes. Rooms are nice and clean, with small balconies. Views are spectacular showing beauty of Georgian nature. Owners of the hotel are always around, friendly and helpful, offering wine, giving advice, talking nicely which makes you feel special and your stay exceptional. I've been here several times before, even only for dinner. After some interval I found the place again very comfortable, enjoyable and sweet. In terms of location, Chateau is very close to Telavi. We went there for Music Festival and approached the Telavi Theater in 10 min by car which was very convenient. We had a possibility to see the town and at the same time to stay away and relax. I know I will come back again.

The hotel has a unique feature that's rare to find in Georgia—a well-maintained Russian banya (sauna). We went on a full-day hiking tour through autumn forests and hills to reach the waterfall. It was an excellent experience.

    Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and his wife were amazing, best bar we found in Georgia and probably the smallest and basic but would go there every time. Check out Suphevs Bar if you are in town. Don't be put off by how small it is, the wine and beer he picks himself and he's passionate about it. The town around the castle is nice, the rest is run down, we were recommended to go to Badia restaurant and that was the best choice, lovely meal there, went there on the day we left for coffee and a light bite, enjoyed that too.

    My stay was perfect!

    My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

    Overall I guess it was ok.

    Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit.

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.

    Kvareli is the center of the wine in Georgia, however it is not to compare with Champagne or other french wine regions. The kindzmarauli corporation is not a must-do visit, however the winery of Khareba is amazing and I recommend strongly the national package in which you also prepare local food.

    Once in the resort, we didn't feel the need to explore the area. The resort area alone is massive. We didn't get to see a lot, that's why we're going back. We didn't get to ride the bike, do the spa, walk to St George Church, use all the outdoor pools, there are 5. We didn't have the chance to do a tour on quad bike activity, do a wine tour in Chateau Buera. Didn't get the chance to eat in 2 other restaurants in the vicinity not enjoy drinks by the pool bar.
