Not only a Hotel - it became my Georgian home. Probably the best hotel you can get in Stepantsminda! The hotel is relatively new, very stylishly furnished & clean rooms & bathrooms and is lovingly run by a family. Very warm and extremely helpful - you immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, for your amazing hospitality, for your support with the questions I had and the many small kind gestures! You made my stay perfect! I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy to come back to the hotel every time. I can only warmly recommend the hotel!

That was veeery nice experience. The appartment is above a cafe, and the cafe is really incredible – with French vibe, stylish menu, nice vibe music and very nice personel. The room itself is rather small, not for partying or spending whole day inside (who does it, though?), but for evening and night is perfect, because has very comfortable bed and TV with Internet. The only minus is lack of heating in the bathroom.

Our stay was truly wonderful! The room was very convenient, cozy, and comfortable — it really felt like home. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and relaxed. On the day of our departure, we were leaving too early to have breakfast, but the amazing manager, David, went above and beyond by arranging lunch boxes for us to take on the road. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and we’re incredibly grateful for his help. This kind of care and attention to detail made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

Set above a spectacular gorge, away from the busy road to Stepsminda, we reached Gudauri Inn after a long and incredible day on the motorcycles. Great value meant we ( father and son) didn’t have to share a room and we relaxed in a wonderful spa using the hot tubs sauna and pool. It was so comfortable we didn’t get going very early in the morning….. so having explored the Trans Euro trails around Kazbegi we returned for a second night! Thanks greatly to Gen Manager Anna for her kindness, care and another great stay!

This pls e was on my wishlist for few years and I was so excited to finally get here. It is exactly as it’s on the pictures, but there is something else so special- the vibe of this place that no picture can truly describe. Amazing staff!! Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of everything you might think about. Also great a la cart restaurant. Pool with warm water is definitely a plus.

Great hotel in Kazbegi, very good located in the center of town, easy for parking. The 4 girls that run the hotel were superb, very kind and dynamic . Great terrace with spectacular views to the mountains and to Trinity church .The breakfast was also very varied and good. Great value for money, I would repeat no doubt.

Everything is impeccable there. We booked the panoramic room and just stayed there for the whole day. It's an unfathomably beautiful vista. The day was cloudy and the landscape was changing every minute. It might be a bit expensive but god it's worth it! The food was wonderful too! Thank you guys.

We loved the nature. The fresh air. We loved the people we met they were nice and accommodating. We loved natural water . Best place to view the beautiful mountains. Highly recommend. It was easy to go aswell from and back to tiblisi.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

We went to different restaurants. Especially the river side cafe was very friendly and made us feel really special! The people in the information office right in the town centre were very friendly and helpful! They would need to be more supported with maps for hikers.

* food at the restaurant was amazing, I would suggest trying: Chicken salad with mango, Khinkhali dessert, Chicken fillet with mozzarella. * nice room & bathroom with all the toiletries * nice quite location * breakfast was okay, there could have been more variety but still nice. Restaurant at the property opens at 1 p.m and there is no other restaurants near the property so I'd suggest u taking option with breakfast included. * pool was nice and clean but sometimes music at the pool was too loud and a little annoying (mostly club music)

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !

Excellent ski, food , beverage facilities Very poor quality roads & traffic chaos in New Gudauri could be resolved with management. Visiting over 10 years to what was a nice small ski village, now too many large tour buses, & HGVs should not be allowed as the roads are too small. Too many Indian & Arabic curry houses popping up spoiling the local culture, as they are NOT Georgian or reflective of alpine climate mountain resort
