We stayed here with our big family (5 people in one room and 2 in another) for the second time. This is the only hotel not far from the airport where you can stay together in one room as a large family. The staff are very pleasant, and the value for money is perfect. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a large balcony, a stove to cook meals, and parking right in front of the hotel or along the street (just a meter away – we could see our car from the balcony). I highly recommend this hotel if you arrive late or leave Athens early.

The host was there to meet us and explained everything about the villa.
When we had a little problem working out the dishwasher, she was right there to help us out.
The host also ensured we had a safe departure and was very attentive to our needs.

Its a wonderfully clean beach.
Its a wonderfully clean beach. The beach is free entry beach, with clean sand and water.
The restaurant next to Varkiza beach serves fantastic foods at amazing price, must try for all.
The market is on the other side of the beach (walk 800 mts) , but it is happening till late into the night, There are plenty of restaurants nearby,
well connected to local bus system. Airport bus is about 2 km away,but there is no vending machine near this bus stop.
we suggest buy tickets in advance from vending machine near Esplanade, if you are traveling at odd hours.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and spotless. The space was beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and dinner together as a family. The living area was a perfect gathering spot, and the apartment had excellent natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with family. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Not a lot to do in the direct area around the hotel , apart from watersports. Taxi 30 mins to ferry in Lavrio takes you to the island of Kea. Also different direction to cape sounio for Poseidon temple, which is worth a visit.

If you're having problems with walking, you should think twice, from the rooms to the beach and pool is not far away, but if you're old enough to have some difficulties with steps and walking, be careful. Other than that, for kids, for adults, a perfect place... Beach, sea, pool, everything was so good.

We couldn’t really enjoy Lagonisi because of the accommodation we stayed in.
We spent most of our time doing laundry, waiting for the coin-operated machine to finish, driving back and forth, and cleaning. We didn’t have enough time to actually relax and enjoy the area.
Most of the laundry time was spent driving back and forth to a laundromat we found about 30 minutes away, and then waiting another 40 minutes for the clothes to dry.
On the day of arrival, the house was not ready, and we had to drive back and forth several times until the host finally said we could enter. Because of that, we couldn’t do the things we had planned for that day.
Honestly, because of the accommodation, I regret choosing to stay in Lagonisi at all - it made it hard to enjoy such a beautiful area.
The area itself is very beautiful - the beaches we saw along the way were lovely, and the restaurant where we had dinner was very good. These small moments helped us make the best of the situation.

This area is quiet and has a wonderful natural view, there are a few restaurants and cafes. There is a great beach. It has a large market. There are bus stops on the street. 27 minutes to the airport by taxi.It has a great area for walking. For those who want peace.

Palaia Fokaia is a cute small town with direct and easy access from Athens and the airport. Cordially recommended for its beauty, offers any facility and shops, promising an easy and quiet life. Amazing beaches and beautiful prosperous fields facing mountain scenery, in an almost artistic combination. Delicious fish taverns and traditional Greek restaurants everywhere. Polite and friendly people around. We are Palaia Fokaia fanacits !!!

The villa is just on the coastal road on the Southern Athens Riviera, very easy to find. The place is a very nice suburb of Athens, close to international airport, and city center. Lot of choices for lunch and dinner with Greek restaurants by sea (in a distance of less than 2kms), beaches with sunbeds, scuba diving schools, and lot more.

Quiet but nice.....a great super market on the front and Zaxos was a fab restaurant with brilliant Gyros, 2euro glasses of wine and 4euro beers!!
Lovely beaches but you need to pay at the Varkiza Resort!! But great loungers and facilities.

Home to home. Kitchens are well equipped. All the rooms inside the villas have air cons. However when we were there, it was not that warm, so we seldom need the air cons. Most of the windows and doors have mosquito nets. Good breeze coming through.
This is a 2 storey Villa and only has one exterior staircase connecting both floors. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large sitting room overlooking the pool and a large kitchen.
Upstairs, it has a kitchen diner, a large sitting room, outdoor patio with table and chairs. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room has its own veranda.
Plenty of sitting areas, inside and outside. There’s a big bbq cove area, but we didn’t use it.
The Villa is well thought through, there are loads of storage space in each bedroom.
There are even kids play pans in the cupboard, but we didn’t need it as our party of 8 are adults.
Overall this Villa is perfect for family holiday but everyone can spread out due to the amount of space.
For those who want to cook, there are supermarkets and bakeries around, only 2 mins drive away.
For those whose like eating out, a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes around Saronida town centre.
We went to a seafood restaurant by the seafront which was recommended by Mr Manos. It is called GALINI FishRestaurant - Tavern, Palea Fokea. It was pretty good and reasonably priced.
