I absolutely liked everything. I am originally from chios and I rarely use hotels but due to an issue with the house I needed to find a hotel. I was very sceptical at the beginning because I know hotels on the island are not the best but I have to say that I was blown out. The place is more than I could ask for and the owners made the stay really pleasant. I cannot recommend it enough.

Wonderful hotel - highly recommended. Located a walking distance from the beach and Tavernas. Excellent hospitality by very attentive staff. Very good breakfast - variety of local foods. Big rooms: living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining space. We asked and received a coffee machine. Nice and capacious bedroom, 2 balconies, very good air-conditioning! Nice swimming pool and poolside bar.

it is such a cozy stay with many amends nearby. personnel is super friendly and always smiling and helpful even when it gets busy in the mornings. beach is 2 meters away with a sandy beach and shower. you can find nice restaurants nearby. it is quit and relaxing. if you are looking for more fun and party this might not be the best choice but for families and to relax it is the best. we will definitely go there again and i don't think we will even look for an alternative.

The one thing that impressed me the most was the politeness and hospitality of the people working at the hotel, their work ethic, their excellent communication skills. The location of the hotel was convenient all rooms (regardless of position or elevation) enjoyed a good view of the sea. My room was very clean and the bed very comfy and large. The bathroom was a bit small, but all in all very satisfactory.

Pretty much everything! We had read earlier reviews which criticised the breakfast, the shower, the water etc but were not put off. This is a small Greek hotel, family run, with very large rooms/suites. We had a suite at the front with a large living room, large bedroom, shower/wc, and a good sized balcony. And a great view out to sea. We both showered each day / 8 showers - absolutely no water spilled. People should spend a little time arranging the curtain rather than rushing to complain. And we simply don’t recognise the complaints about the breakfasts - good quality, plenty to choose from, and plenty of everything. The owners were lovely- friendly, chatty, helpful - including contacting the car hire firm for us when our car had a flat battery. And helped us carry our luggage upstairs to the top floor. And allowing us to stay several hours after the official leaving time as we had a late ferry. What’s not to like - Chios Hotel will be our hotel of choice if we are ever back on the island.

Very convenient location (5 minutes from Chios airport and a few minutes from the harbor promenade which I'd indicate as the city center. Staff very professional and kind, a special mention for Labrini (not sure about the spelling) and Nicole at the breakfast buffet. This latter is very rich with local and international options. Grecian Castle is quite a modern property, especially in the pavillion where our room was, which was recently built. Very high value for money ratio !

The location of the accommodation is super convenient, right in front of the port and close to the bars/restaurants/shops of Chios. Parking in the area was not difficult. The hosts are very responsive and kind!
