- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 468 reviewsThe property is beautiful with a large, clean pool with many lounges and umbrellas, as well as a private beach equipped with chairs and umbrellas. The staff was exceptional -- friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast (and all of the food we ate there) was delicious. We booked a family suite with garden view and with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room, it was perfect for our family of four. We went horseback riding on a ranch across the street from the property, which was really fun. If you are looking for a relaxing resort, this is the place for you! We highly recommend staying here.Guest review byLauraUnited States

- From $329.49 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 822 reviewsThe facilities are amazing! The hotel is beautiful - the room, the gardens, the restaurant. Also, the hotel is big enough so you have privacy - which is also good for peace and quite. The beach area is excellent. All the staff is amazing (specially the ones that we got to talk to the most: Manos and Mika from the restaurant, Daniel from the reception and Vodini from Cleaning). The food of the restaurant is simply amazing (don't miss the Aegen seabass!!!).Guest review byKarla Simões SoaresNetherlands

Especially the manager Manos made sure we had a great time and always took time off his schedule to make sure we were having a great time! He booked amazing activities and restaurants and although we had only 2 days it feels like we did the best of Santorini! Thank you guys for everything will definitely coming back next year!!!!! 😍😍😍Guest review byGeorgeGreece

They provided us with a complimentary room upgrade that we are thankful for! The food at the restaurant was tasty and the area by the pool is very beautiful. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the famous Koukounaries beach but also easy access to it, either on foot or with the hotel buses, which are available every 15 minutes.Guest review byEleniUnited States

This was a personal trip for me as I lived in Athens & returned to collect some belongings. Athens has a good, fairly-priced transport system (When there are no strikes/demonstrations) & is generally safe for lone female travellers. SO many historical sites to see, many of which can be seen simply by walking around the centre BUT wear comfortable, sensible shoes as the pavements aren't in good condition. Best to visit in spring or autumn as very hot in summer & beaches aren't that nice nowadays since the city has spread out towards the coast. Lots of museums to go to if it's raining/cold & a great base from which to visit other parts of the Greece.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom - 10.0
My favourite place in Crete, it can be whatever you want it...
My favourite place in Crete, it can be whatever you want it to be: quiet and slow, fast and adventurous, relaxing but all the time excellent food. Pick your places by checking reviews and you'll not be disappointed. My favourite restaurants in the city are Tamam, Ginger Concept, Salis, though the list can go on. Places to go out for drinks: The Botanist, Sinagogi or any of the places around EMPRIME on Potie street. Outside the city centre don't miss Periplous, loved the food quality and view and somehow I always end up at Almyriki in Stavros, the view and food are to die for, the beach is just in front. I can go on with so many other places, but it's best to discover and make your own favourites. Getting around the city is easy by walking, however you need a car or scooter to go to beaches outside the city and to visit other small villages.Guest review byCatRomania - 4.0
Heraklion has a lot of car and bike traffic.
Heraklion has a lot of car and bike traffic. It is like peak hour in Sydney constantly. Parking is horrendous. I would recommend staying out of Heraklion. Drive to Knossos Palace, but go early. The other attraction for us was the Archaeological Museum. Get a uber or taxi to that. The foreshore looks like they gave up on it years ago. After Chania, Heraklion was a disappointment.Guest review byWalAustralia - 10.0

Bus companies were well organised, despite chaotic appearance. Used bus from airport, back from Oia, return trip to Akrotiri and to access the port. Drivers were very skilful. Beautiful location. Excellent dining in main street.Guest review byMarciaAustralia - 10.0

Been to Piraeus many times not every ones cup of tea but I know my way around and were to go . Many people just stay one night for ferries. Most City Ports alike so look around before judging and find out eating and cultureGuest review byWilliamUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants.
Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants. A few high end clothing stores, and many many businesses selling jewelry, clothes, souvenirs and fridge magnets. Quite small, apparently caters to party goers over the summer (went in October end of season, where most main venues had closed).Guest review byMarkSwitzerland - 10.0

It was about a ten minutes walk uphill part way to Koutouloufari, loads of restaurants and bars, a fabulous experience. Walk a little further and you come to Piscopiano, also excellent. Walk down the hill and you come to restaurants with Greek dancing and plate smashing, also excellent.Guest review byGrahamUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The Old Town is full of history and narrow streets that need to be explored. There are so many excellent eating places to choose from with cocktail bars and ice cream shops you could eat somewhere different every night for weeks. Favourites include Cafe Galero and Taverna MInares. The Venetian Harbour is lovely walk with restaurants all round The front by the Old Town has plenty of bars which in the evening are full of young people enjoying themselves and although there is music its not too loud as you go past. All along the beach are cafes and bars which offer a good selection for all day eating. Having stayed there a week I now prefer it to Chania, much more going on in an easier access area and less crowded. (unless cruise ship in which is much less often- long may it stay that way)Guest review byDianneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely and lively port with plenty of bars and restaurants Beach was beautiful with easy access to the sea and good quality beach bars and restaurants at a reasonable price but sun beds are all overpriced at 45 euros.Guest review byneilUnited Kingdom
