Very good location, close to the main street and restaurants also 5 mins walking to the nearest beach .The rooms were clean and spacious .Amazing view and a very generous outdoor space on the balcony.The staff were always there ,very polite and helpful. We cant wait for our next stay .

Clean, air con was great, nice looking hotel. Close to many eateries, not too far from the beach, pool is good to have if the beach is too windy. Pool and the surrounding area were kept clean. In a safe area, even at night. I arrived a little earlier than the check in time, but was allowed to wait in the cool lobby and was given a cold bottle of water. All staff were lovely and helpful.

It is our second time in Kassandra. We have quite experience in the area and we can easily say that this is one the best boutique hotels. The staff is excelent, the rooms are clean, view is gorgeous, there is a long beach just a few minutes away with a walk under the shadows of trees. The common courtyard is quite nice. Excellent value for money! Fantastic location, well maintained and clean swimming area, very clean hotel in general. The Staff is amazing, very friendly and speaks great english, so no problem with communication (which is the case even in luxury hotels). They even gave me their private office to use for my online meeting (when already checked-out)!:) The bathroom is small, but clean and they are about to renovate all of them soon, so the shower is more comfortable for use. Thank you Samel team!

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea...

A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea. The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm. The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating. The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.

Overpriced and lack of options when visiting out of high season. Weird attitude from the local business owners. The village is cute and positive but the rest around the Loutra area was overrated and ridiculously expensive.
