We had an exceptional stay at Salt Suites Paros! Exceptional service - The hotel manager (Michaelis) and his staff immediately make you feel at home the second you arrive at the hotel. They also go the extra mile. Unfortunately, during our stay, my wife fell ill. Michaelis prepared a special soup for her and also made an appointment with a nearby doctor for us (while first asking our preferred time). Michaelis and his staff also gave us a lot of recommendations for places or restaurants to go to on Paros or on the next island that we were going to visit (Crete). Room & amenities - We booked a room with Seaview and balcony. The room was very spacious, the materials were of high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are very good. The gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout in. The pool is well designed so that it blends in with the patio of the hotel. Breakfast - The breakfast is very good. It has a wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, breads & pastries, or yoghurt toppings. Location - The beach in front of the hotel is clean, has very clear water, but is small. If you're looking for a bigger beach (we didn't prefer that), there is one less than 5min walk away. The charming fishing village, Naousa is only a 10min walk away and 5min from the hotel there is also a winery (unfortunately, we did not get to visit that one. Travel to the hotel: The hotel asked us if we needed a pick-up service at the ferry, but we decided to book a rental car. The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking spaces on the street (very low traffic on the street). We can't wait to go back!

So modern, beautifully designed and built to showcase an incredible sunset view. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. The room was spacious and had every amenity required. Complementary Yoga classes, breakfast and infinity pool were a huge bonus! I would certainly stay here again!

The place was clean and very charming. Backyard was very much in the Cyclades style. We didn’t hear any noise. It‘s close to the seaside. The staff was very friendly and they even provided us a list with top restaurants, beaches to be visited in paros. That was very helpful and reduced the research time.

Absolutely fantastic stay the host was so helpful and informative from start to finish!! I couldn't recommend this stay enough! Check in was seamless and stress free! I was blown away by this hotel. The views of the sea are astonishing. Whether I was on the pool level where the views were spectacular, with an almost unhindered 360 view of magnificent sunsets or having dinner on the level above, the sunsets overlooking the sea were again unsurpassed. I loved the bedroom, shower and the magnificent swimming pools not to mention the design and decor in my room.

We recently visited this hotel with my sister during the Orthodox Easter holiday, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room, the pool, the kitchen, and the hotel breakfast were all excellent. Everything was spotless, and whatever we needed, the staff made sure to help us with right away. They also arranged all our transfers, and our driver was incredibly polite and professional — just like every member of the team, from the pool staff to housekeeping and reception. The most delightful surprise was the Easter buffet and all the traditional treats. Truly, there wasn’t a single negative thing to say. A perfect stay from start to finish!

The Jewel of the Aegean

Known for its fine white marble used in many ancient sculptures, the beautiful island of Paros is a popular tourist destination with golden sandy beaches, charming fishing villages and archaeological sites.

White houses, blue sky and picturesque alleys characterise Parikia, the capital of Paros. Guests staying there can enjoy lively nightlife, excellent accommodation and fine local food. Built during the 4th century by St. Helen or Constantine the Great, the imposing church of Ekatontapyliani (the Church of 100 Doors) is the oldest in Greece.  

Located in the north-eastern corner of the island, the small town of Naousa is an ideal place to savour fresh fish and admire the authentic old fisherman’s houses. The nearby beach of Kolimbithres is very impressive thanks to its small sandy coves and transparent, blue waters.

At the Bar again congratulations for the Team and their manager in charge, they treated us with utmost kindness. Being myself a hotel owner in France, and a world traveller, I can tell you that your property and its Staff has nothing to envy to any other 5 star hotel in the world. I will be spending my summers in my house in Nousa now under construction, but I will certainly come again and recommend you to my visitors. We loved the location, the facilities and especially the staff, The locationwas just a 5 minute walk along the sho0re from Aliki, it had a wonderful unspoilt beach rigtht in front of it. It was lovely and quite, away from the late night restuarants and tavernas in the Aliki, which although few and lovely did put out some noise and light, Hotel Galatis';s l;ocationwas near but away from that. Our room was just perfect. No frills but everything that you needed including a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and beach. The food was amazing, again simple and perfectly GFreek. But the highlight was the the super frewindly staff, Anastacia on the front desk, Petro the driveer and odd-job man and Laura an the other Anastacia in the restaureant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our week at the Hotel Galatis.

This village or complex is so good organized and well planned! You'll find everything you need, beach with minute walking, 2 pools, restaurant, mini market. Rooms (bungalows) are so spacious, clean, beds very very comfortable! Breakfast was simple, but honestly more than enough. Great value for money! Super super pet friendly. There were few local dogs who were adorable! 😍🐕 All the recommendation!

We spontaneously rented a car, to see more of the island and also were able to visit Antiparos. At the end of October many restaurants and places on the island were closed already. But on the other hand that meant: less tourist, more relaxing experience.

We loved spending 6 nights in Paros. We rented a car. It was stick shift. A tad scary for me. But it was doable. Paros has great beach clubs. My daughters booked horse riding one day and then walked to the nearby town. After we met at a great beach club, we had lots of great dinners and sunsets. Fabulous shops. We drove to Leifros one day. We like Paros best. Taxis were outside the hotel. Also there was a transport office two doors up that arranged rides to beach club for us and picked us up. Our water sports boat trip was cancelled bc of weather but we went to beach clubs,

This area is in the middle of Parikia, Aliki, and Naousa. Next time we visit Greece we will definitely go back to Paros. There are great activities, and restaurants to go to. Paros Bay Hotel will be the best hotel because of the view. However, it’s quite a distance from all of the surrounding cities, be ready to have a huge budget for transportation.

A peaceful perfect place.

A peaceful perfect place. Great beaches (3) all within a few minutes walk of the wonderful quaint fishing port that has several excellent restaurants and bars. A quite low-key, slightly old-fashioned, but classy, small resort. Perfect, safe, clean and friendly for couples and families. Typically Greek and wonderful.

The town is really nice.

The town is really nice. It has a little of everything you would need for a getaway on a Greek island. The grocery store is nearby, public transit terminal is located here so access to the rest of the island is possible and easy. There are a number of little restaurants, cafes and shops you can look through and enjoy. I wish we had more time to spend and walk through the town but the time we spent was great. There is a small park by the bus stop if you have kids and want to entertain them for a bit. The beaches are nice as well and you have a choice to stay put or explore the area.

Too many pros to this place to list, here are the highlights: - parking for a car, rental recommended to tour around Paros and Antiparos - wifi and a tv for casual lounging when you need recovery - great hot tuband shower for relaxation and cleanliness - gorgeous view from front terrace while you sip coffee. Really makes a good place to stay and act as a launching zone for all your activities. Does not have a washer, but there are laundromats in town, and this should not deter you fron staying here.

I was very disappointed with the state of the beaches.

I was very disappointed with the state of the beaches. No obvious signs of them being cleaned, did see the bin bags being changed on the beach. But was very shocked to see micro evidence being washed up on to the beach from the sea. Very worrying.

Naousa is a truly gorgeous part of the world. It caters for absolutely everyone…..food, shopping, beaches, fun, relaxation and lots of great people to meet. Visit the magnificent beaches that can be found all over Paros. Antiparos is a must. Take a drive around the island to discover its hidden secrets. Best thing to do….a boat trip with Michael Zeppos Tours. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done on my world travels over many decades.

Beautiful place. Everywhere so clean.

Beautiful place. Everywhere so clean. Lovely beach to sunbathe, swim or just chill and have a beverage of your choice and a delicious choice of so many freshly prepared dishes at reasonable prices. We hired a quad to explore the island which was amazing and felt so safe and easy to use on the roads. Such a wonderful island to explore.

Fantastic loved all of it.

Fantastic loved all of it. Great place to relax and explore the island. As we were there in May, it was very windy and not ideal for swimming. I but a great time to explore. We bought a couple of jackets and walked all through the old town. We then took the local buses and explore the island. If you don’t like it to be too cold, I would suggest booking after may
