The hotel is new and is a great accommodation! it is very well thought, quiet, we had a great view, the pool is very nice and you just cross the street barefoot and are in the sea…a coffee machine is in the room, coffee capsules are served daily and are included. we had a great time and would love to come back! the owner and the staff are super friendly and helpful. paddle boards are given free for using. everything was just the wasy it should be. right near the hotel are two good restaurants, we didn’t miss a restaurant at the location. thanks a lot Alexandros! Location - The location is great, its clear a lot of effort was put into the place itself, providing spacious green environment accessible by car and close to nearby beaches while feeling private and exclusive. Amenities - The pool, private beach with floating deck and many sitting areas were perfect. Restaurant - We only discovered in our last night how talented the chef is, the fish Tartar was supreme - Do not miss on that! enjoying it sitting next to the lit pool paired with a drink was really remarkable and made us wish we tried all the menu before. Staff - special kudos to Nikos! he set example of the general friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

It is hard to summarize shortly what we loved about this hotel. Simply said: everything. The beauty of the rooms, the gardens, the pool area was all extraordinary. The wide selection, freshness and the taste of the food (we had buffet breakfast and dinner) was super. The spotless cleanliness, especially considered during the peak hours in the buffet restaurant, was more than satisfactory. The hotel had a very close private beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas, where we could spend most of the days. But on top of all these, the best thing in this hotel was the friendliness of all staff, to which we can't be grateful enough. It was a perfect stay for the whole family!!

You rarely find a hotel that makes you want to return, but Ammouda Villas is one of those rare places. As Hotel Manager Yannis mentioned, if you stay at Ammouda Villas once, you'll want to come back again. And it's true—we were very pleased with our stay at Ammouda Villas. The location is excellent. It is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia peninsula. The Ground Floor Villa we stayed in had its own private sun beds, which provided a great deal of comfort. You can go to the beach at any time of the day and use your own private sun beds. The house has everything a family with children might need. The cleanliness is top-notch. Ammouda Villas has a large organic garden, and hotel guests can use the products grown in this garden for free. In fact, you can pick any vegetable or fruit you want yourself. You can have fresh vegetables for breakfast every day. Every kind of vegetable you could think of for breakfast is available. There are many nice restaurants close to the hotel. You won't have any trouble finding quality food. And most importantly, the hospitality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The most special person is the hotel manager, Yannis. Yannis is very helpful in every aspect and establishes a close and sincere relationship with you. We are also very grateful for the surprise treats he provided us every morning. The entire camping is well-organized, clean, and comfortable. It is safe for the kids, you have the playground that was very appreciated by our group of 6 kids, and the beach is close and has that amazing blue water that we all enjoyed so much. The restaurant is stunning! The food is great (the best we had in the area), the staff is super friendly and the beach views complete it all. We also appreciated that any enquiry we had has been handled fast. All in all, I totally recommend this experience at Camping Castello!

The Management is always hands on, super helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice, the view is amazing and a very good breakfast. The staff are very nice, we where charged a bit more by mistake due to an amendment in the number of nights which I did, and the manager made sure to come and find us to refund the money. The decor of the outdoor area is very nice.

Beautifully designed property, perfect for families. There’s all sorts of little corners easy for kids to be entertained. Even a well designed playground, kids pool and lots of toys both at the beach as the big pool. The beach area is where I could live forever. Good music playlist too.

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous...

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

The beautiful village, peaceful, clean, very near to the sea (Trani Ammouda, large, sand beach with beach bars and free space for your umbrellas if you like). Every Wednesday there is traditional live music in the centre of the town. All beaches in Sitonia from this village are very close

The beach was beautiful. The town was nice. I would definitely come here again. It is easy to get around in Ormos Panagias We ate at the hotel, or local taverns, Simadi in Neo Marmaras was an excellent place to eat.

Mostly underdeveloped and therefore "with relatively low tourist attraction", ideal for families due to the nice and clean beaches. The sea is mostly not shallow. Camping is the de-facto way to stay as there are very few other housing options.

This place was too amazing to be put in words. The villa was very nice and so comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was decorated in such a stylish and beautiful way. It was so peaceful to stay indoors and exceptionally peaceful to be outside in the patio and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea. There were two amazing cafes which you could get to within one minute and the food there was amazing especially the Breakfast cafe which had the amazing omletes and very good machhiatto. The hosts were very kind hearted like no other we ever came across. They were regularly checking on us and whenever we needed any local information they were too prompt to respond wirh very exact details and information. They cared for us as if we were their family. The owner Zoe came to say goodbye to us in person and brought us a gift. The hosts should be voted the best hosts of the year, we have met many people during our travels and stayed in many places in Europe but no one can beat the comfort we found at Dimel and Dimel hosts. We will come back each year and highly recommended Dimel to our friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.
