Positives and there are so many - My room was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The amenities are luxurious - shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells divine. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I could’ve happily slept and lazed around all day. Absolutely nothing to fault with my room. I felt rested and pampered. The hotel is directly connected to outlet shopping. Tip - I had the best dumplings in the restaurant on your left as you exit the hallway from the hotel lift.

We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

Loved the location, the staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well maintained. I stayed here twice and would stay here again.     Can’t praise this Hotel enough. The rooms are newly- refurbished, spacious, modern and clutter-free! The bed, bed sheets and pillow are so comfortable. The floor is clean. Multiple plugs too (see photo). The staff are helpful, polite and pleasant. The location is at Sha Tin MTR station but also plenty of buses to take also. A41 bus is the airport bus right outside the hotel!
